Waited 45 minutes for pasta and bread knots. Asked twice where the order was because app said it was complete. Just got "5 more minutes". Then got dry, burnt pasta without any order comp for the long wait when they only fulfilled 3 other orders within that time.

Awful service..1st delivery guy must have knocked on door and left pizza downstairs at step ( we are the 3rd floor condo). We called after one hour and the resent another pizza 45 mins later ( not the pizza we ordered)

I didn't have a problem with the food, my problem was with the driver Tim! Paid with my card, when the food was delivered he never handed the slip where you can add a tip I didn't think much of it until i found out he put a tip for himself of $10 without my consent.. that's stealing... watch out everyone who order from here

The food is normally accurate and pretty good. Delivery is normally on-time and always friendly drivers. I don't like the $11.99 minimum for delivery in addition to a $4.99 delivery fee. Most places either have a minimum for free delivery, or a fee for delivery, not both. Take out has been awesome all around. Accurate orders, quick and on time, friendly awesome staff during pick up .

I am giving one star, only because negative stars are not an option. We ordered a plain pizza from here, as it was late, and they were the only place open. Once I placed the order online with my credit card, plus a 20% tip, the website returned a wait time of 23-38 minutes. We waited and waited, and then waited some more, until we were at risk of chewing our own arms off. Finally, 96 (yes--96, this a not a typo!) minutes later, our pizza arrived. I use the term 'pizza' loosely, because what arrived was more akin to a piece of dirty cardboard plucked from a dumpster, covered in a swath of cold, congealed grease, and a sauce that tasted of battery acid and shattered dreams. We thought that heating it back up might make it semi-edible. It didn't. The whole thing went in the trash. Do not order pizza from here under any circumstances. You will be sorry (and maybe missing an arm).

The female who took my order was very friendly and used suggestive selling to get me to buy some wings with my pizza. Obviously it worked and they were very good by the way. Food was hot and fresh and very good ?
If you like cardboard pizza, dirty dining room and bathrooms and a nasty manager this is the place for you ! ! ! Really folks there are so many awesome pizza places in Ocean City... Express, Manco and Mancos, Preps, Primo (in alphabetical order) etc. even Sack of Subs known for their subs has better pizza, ditto WAWA - I'd prefer frozen Acme pizza to this place

Received my order quick and the staff was very friendly. Also, the restaurant is definitely one of the cleanest, especially for a "fast food" place.Food tasted fresh and it was hot when we picked it up.
