Food was absolutely flavorless. Potatoes in boil bag where still hard. Crab was soggy and tray contained mostly water on the bottom with little to no butter/garlic.

You see bad reviews at these restaurants, and then you experience nothing but the best in terms of quality, food portions, and service! Justin is amazing to talk to. He made the experience worth it! If there is any reviews under four stars, don't believe it. 9 out of 10 times they don't know what they are talking about!

Well-portioned boils with enough of a variety of flavors to choose from. Highly recommend getting a lobster roll with soup as well. Some of the most unique and delicious mac n’ cheese and cornbread I’ve ever had as well, which both pair great with house New England Clam Chowder or Lobster Bisque.Owner Paul is knowledgeable on his seafood and service is phenomenal.

It was a bad weather weekend & a lot of businesses were closed. I wish this restaurant had closed. The food was terrible!!! The bisque tasted like water. Absolutely NO seafood in it at all. The crab Mac & Cheese tasted like something from a can with crab sprinkled on top & it was served to us cold. We had to send it back to be heated. It was nasty! The scallops were almost the size of peas. They were tiny, bland, and rubbery. We ordered a shrimp roll. The roll was the best of our entire meal. That's pitiful if bread is the best food you serve. I would never eat at this place ever again ?

Such a delicious Seafood Spot that shouldn't be missed. Competitively priced. Mostly "takeout" for the seafood lover, and maybe not too used to Eat-in diners, but their service was quite nice. It could use some more "Ambiance", and not look so cold, however the overall experience was just what we needed.

We were walking to the boardwalk and we saw PJ Buckets and decided to stop in and eat there. It was very clean, nice atmosphere, and our server Adam was friendly and great at explaining the different flavors of the various seafood boils. My wife had the New England lobster boil and I had the Jersey lobster boil. Both were delicious and huge portions. It was nice that they had a sink in the back of the restaurant to wash up after munching out on the lobster. We will definitely return again.

Food was amazing. We got the lobster bisque and lobster Mac and cheese. Both were out of this world. Tonight I showed up at 8:40 (20 minutes before closing) to grab some food to bring home. I was told the kitchen was closed. Maybe just update your hours to reflect when you shut down the boiler.

Looked good from the outside. Menu looked great! We were one of only 3 tables in the restaurant and yet we waited about 80 minutes for our meal. After about 45 minutes in, our waiter told us he was sorry for the wait and the food was coming soon. After another 20 mins, I told the waiter we were leaving, but he begged us to stay saying our food was just about ready. I left my family to walk to get cash at an atm which I was planning to leave on the table so we could walk out. When I got back food was finally on the table. And after all that I can honestly say the food tasted bad. The shrimp and corn soup was overly seasoned. The gumbo was unappealing looking and bland. The cornbread was bland and more like cake. The lobster boil was also not enjoyable, my family left hungry. Huge disappointment!! Don't waste your time or money.
