Having grown up just a couple of blocks from Positively, I would have been in this place every day if it was around back then. It has a nostalgic feel that’s very comforting. Very fitting name! Great, relaxing, quiet atmosphere with a hint of some Grateful Dead jams playing in the distance. I love all of the plants and artwork. Great friendly service and delicious coffee too. Didn’t eat anything this time but I’ll be back.

Quaint cafe with an eclectic feel. Staff was welcoming and offered a good description of the two items I was trying to decide between. The food is creative and I'm looking forward to returning. Solid place to chill and enjoy a latte and baked item.

This is a favorite spot of mine. Food is very fresh and delicious. The Gardeners Bagel is so delicious— the hummus tastes homemade and the toppings were bright and refreshing. Inside boho vibe makes you feel local and connected.BYO water bottle.

I love positively fourth street with all my heart! Best cafe in ocean city by far. I grew up in the area but moved away as an adult, and it’s always the first place I eat at when I’m home. I dream about the positively bagel (everything bagel with cream cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onions, capers). The baked goods are delicious, the coffees great, and the inside is so peaceful. I also appreciate how affordable it is.

Came to this place with a google search, but then i find that you have to order at the desk and pick up your own food, i believed it was a restaurant type, the decor was good but we didnt eat there since we wasnt expecting to order at desk and pick up food as well. We feel is like a grab and go place, it does have potential to have the waiter/waitress ability.

Very busy shop and I can see why. I had the gardners bagel and it was so so so yummy. For the amount of people coming in and ordering service was pretty reasonable and quick.
Ordered a vanilla bean latte. Interestingly not sweet. Looks can be deceiving!! I might be less calories!

I would give this place 6 stars. The chai latte, espresso, and muffins were all on-point. The scones were especially well done. My husband ordered two slices of toast this morning (avocado and greens with hard-boiled egg), and for such simple ingredients, the end-products were a work of art. Service was solid. And, the cafe itself has a comfortable Victorian-vintage feel, whether you're opting for a full meal or just reading your morning paper.

Don't live locally anymore but come back quite often to visit family. Completely forgot I've been here and wanted the same exact order as before, funny enough. This time around everything was absolutely amazing! Service still great but now exceptional and now can add the same about the coffee and food! Will definitely make this place a stop every time I come back home.
