Food was shockingly good. Staff could use a refresher in customer service. But it is on the boardwalk and has part-time workers that's just making extra money for the summer. Lobster roll was tasty but small, definitely worth trying.

Just got a Quincy Lobster Roll for the first time. I believe i got the Connecticut roll which is a toasted bun with warm buttery lobster that was dipped in butter. Honestly it doesn't look like a lot of food but it was more than enough and was so good. This is somewhere I need to go back to again. Friendly staff as well. Only downside is there is no real seating.

It’s a shame, but I won’t be spending my money here again. They definitely cheat on the “jumbo” lobster roll. I used to watch them use lobster meat that was pre-measured, and for the extra $5 for jumbo, I could see them use an extra container of meat. Now they just “measure” it with their hands. I asked the girl how I’ll know it’s jumbo and the answer was, “You’ll just see more there. Nope. I ordered 1 regular and 1 jumbo. They literally looked exactly the same. Lobster rolls are expensive in the first place, and I definitely did not get what I paid for.

I'm going to update and improve this review significantly based on my highly-positive interaction with the merchant.The lowlights of what I originally said are, "They definitely cheat on the “jumbo” lobster roll. I used to watch them use lobster meat that was pre-measured, and for the extra $5 for jumbo, I could see them use an extra container of meat. Now they just “measure” it with their hands. I asked the girl how I’ll know it’s jumbo and the answer was, “You’ll just see more there." I definitely did not get what I paid for."However, the merchant reached out to me and spent a couple days in a conversation. I appreciated the attention. I appreciated the reasoning behind literally everything the merchant said to me.Ultimately, the merchant refunded my credit card for the price of adding on the jumbo, plus gave me points in their app to cover the price of another lobster roll. Thing is, I liked this place, I will definitely return to the area, and I had wanted to go back. So now I'm glad I feel good about it and have their points to do it. I look forward to my next experience there!

Coming from New England I was VERY impressed with Quincy's. For the price (under $20) and location right on the boardwalk I wasn't expecting much. I was eating my words along with the large quantity and size of the lobster meat. There was barely any filler. The bun was also the proper style of the "bread hot dog style" that was buttered and put on the flat top to give a quick toast. Lobster roll made to order. Nicely presented in the to-go container w a claw laid on top. Included was a wedge of lemon, some pickles, and imported Cape Cod chips:-). Would 100% come back here. Soooo good.
Food is still great, and I have to say the owner listens. They were off-line for the app for the first part of the summer, and now they are back! Let the family orders commence. Nice CRM new owner!

Tbf the jumbo price is still in line with other lobster rolls in the area right now. I noticed in another review the owner point out that the portions are 4oz and 6oz respectively, so it's worth it!

It was really good! To be honest it wasn’t quite Maine but it’s one of the best I’ve had outside of the New England area. They also have the franchise in Cape May, New Jersey that I have to try out!

I’ve walked by this “lobster shack” so many times over the past three years and was always hesitant. I decided to give it a try and I was quite pleased. A very tasty freshly made lobster roll!!! It was really good! To be honest it wasn’t quite Maine but it’s one of the best I’ve had outside of the New England area. They also have the franchise in Cape May, New Jersey that I have to try out!

I’ve been told even the regular lobster roll is plenty full and the price isn’t bad either! Located right on the boardwalk.Kid-friendliness: My daughter’s grilled cheese looked delicious, I imagine the Lobster Grilled Cheese would be fantastic!Wheelchair accessibility: The stand is on the boardwalk so easy to access via wheelchair from the street.
