Our group dined early and it was initially quiet. As the restaurant filled up, it does get louder. Food was phenomenal as usual. The Sea Bass entrée was really enjoyed by two of us and the Burratta appetizer & Harvest Salad were quite nice.

Such a pleasure hosting our father's 75th birthday dinner at Piccola Italia. Friends and family were wowed by the menu selection, authenticity, service and preparation. Several of our guests had never been to Piccola before and we are thrilled to hear they're eager to return soon. Of course, we'll be back!
We had my dad’s 80th birthday celebration at Piccolo Italia and it was wonderful! Robyn was a delight to work with to plan the night and Julie took such good care us during dinner! Food and drinks were fabulous! Highly recommend!

A wonderful small Italian restaurant in a strip mall. Service was great & space is very nice. Menu is moderate but very innovative. There is a dish that will appeal to everyone in your party.
Absolutely fabulous. The food and portion size can't be compared. So nice to be able to sit in a restaurant and have a conversation and hear people. Owners are lovely and staff beyond gracious.

this place really does have great signature cocktails and gourmet food. We had a duck with fig sauce that was incredible and a steak that was outstanding. You only go here if you’re into high-quality food and great drinks. .. While there are many places to go in ocean in Monmouth County who claim to be gourmet, this is really the best I’ve seen so far. you should really plan your next date night here to impress you will not regret it.Parking: easy

I waited at the bar for my take out food and the atmosphere is so cozy! When I got home there was no need to warm anything up, and they gave us really great warm Italian bread with our meal as well. I ordered the homemade Cavatelli special! Yum!
