I have not been to this Wendy’s in a very long time because the food was dry. The french fries were half cooked. The sandwiches was cold. Drinks were too sweet. I literally just left there. Today is the day before the eclipse. My sandwich was extremely nice and hot and they have a new drink called cold brew with caramel Man, I asked the young man how many pumps of caramel he put in there he put two this is a perfection. I was a manager at Dunkin’ Donuts. This cold brew drink, taste way better than the cold brew at Dunkin’ Donuts hands-down, my french fries were all the way cooked nice and warm and fresh and crispy thank you not to mention the service. The young man at the window was great. It’s 5:39 PM on a Sunday. I literally just left there two minutes ago , thank you guys you made my evening

Quick but quality food really enjoy the burger there always fresh much better than the other fast food restaurants. Even the fries are better tasting. I love the chilli it's really delicious. Then I can get a frosty. The service was very good and my food came out hot and quickly. Very good location and very convenient.

I ordered the combo for $5 to get a burger really. The other items were going to be eaten later and by others too. The burger was disgusting, since they put mayonnaise and way too much, on the burger (which I hate) and no warning that it comes with mayonnaise. There is very little description on food on the menu. I only give 2 stars since the chocolate frosty was good and the main reason we went. Extremely disappointing to say the least. I will just go for a frosty from now on.

This is not the first time theyve given me an incorrect order, but this is the first time Im commenting on it since money was tight and Im in a hurry. I cant just leave my job to go get a refund that your employees screwed up an order. I fully understand that they have legit jobs, but they need to understand that people cant just leave their jobs to fix the screw ups caused by Wendys employees.

Let me tell you if I could give this place a zero I would! The service was absolutely horrible! The environment sucked, Idk if the AC unit was broke or what but it was extremely hot in this place! It was dirty, there was dead grasshoppers on the floor which I thought was weird, and a large amount of flies flying around! The service was horrendous, missing food, and food was put together sloppily! When I approached the cashier about the missing food, she answered me with, "HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE" meanwhile I never left the dining room! The manager barely spoke English, and handled the situation poorly! I honestly don't understand how this place is running! I spent almost 100.00 dollars in food and was treated as if I wanted a free fry and 4 piece nugget! I would NEVER visit here again!!!!
