I was craving Italian food tonight and someone recommended Olivia's! I am so glad I took their advice bc my angel hair with meatballs and extra sauce and rigatoni w broccoli rabe and sausage were delicious. My husband and I couldn't choose which we liked better bc they were both delicious. Also tried the pasta fagioli soup and it was also delicious! We will definitely be ordering from there again!!

I was a bit conflicted on this one so I think 4 star is probably right in the grand scheme of things. We came in after 8 on a Saturday night to get some take out. We both ordered subs. They had a grilled chicken sub and I asked what was on it. I was told salt and pepper. I asked if I could get it with sauce and cheese on it, basically like a chicken parm without the fry. The person working the counter rang it up with those notes on the order. We sat and waited (for over 20 minutes) for our subs to come out. With only one other family in the restaurant already eating and 2 more folks came in 10 min after we ordered, it was odd that it took that long to get our subs. After leaving and getting back and opening our subs, I was disappointed that my sub had lettuce, tomato and mayo on it, no cheese no pasta sauce. Now that all said, my son's chicken parm sub was great, chicken was tender, subs were enormous and my grilled sub, while not what I wanted was still good, it was just a little annoying that what was on the order isn't what I got, but man...great tasting subs.

Olivia's has the best pizza in Monmouth county and I've had them all. As far a plain pie goes you can't beat it. The secrets out a little though as it gets pretty busy most weekend nights. The penne vodka with chicken and other dishes are banging. -Cleo

The most solid Italian spot we've found in the area so far! Lasagna and pizza is great!

Top tier chicken Caesar wrap. The kind of fries that your gonna want ketchup with. Also they have a great plain slice. Will be back for more

We ordered delivery at 4pm. Estimated delivery time was 446-5pm. We had to call twice to check on it and finally got our food at 540! It took almost two hours for two pasta dishes which when arrived were Luke warm and not hot. Super disappointed.

Very small place mostly take out. Last night we ate in. Seafood fra di avola was amazing as was veal and peppers. House salad was superb We brought a nice bottle us wine with us. When it opened it , the cork was dried and fell into the bottle. We figured no problem, no wine that's fine. The manager walked to Acme a few doors away and bought a wine strainer so we could enjoy it with our great meal. That is a very kind gesture, above and beyond customer service which we truly appreciate

Wow! So you went from offering me a gift card, to trying to take a jab at me? I have been in the food industry for 20 years, I'm a born and bred Jersey Girl, and I know my pizza. Try UVA, Marucas, Vic's, and Pasquale's in the area. Level up my friend

In general, I believe most people don't expect surprises or "wow" moments when it comes to catered food. Olivia's is an exception - it is a family owned business that runs both a restaurant and catering... and we were very impressed with our catered dishes at our family Christmas Eve dinner. We had 4-5 dishes and memorable because the food was fresh, crisp, seasoned, well balanced ingredients. The salt content was so balanced. In short, the meals were all delicious... aromatic...inviting. Although, we believe we had a "small order" we all concluded (a family of 10 +) that Olivia's treats every single order that comes in as unique; we felt we were their best customers - given the very good food. We had their Antipasti Freddo Salad (crisp-cut and fresh vegetables and petite - cut pieces of ham and cheese, the seasoning was perfect and so inviting that several trips were made to partake of more). We also had a tray of house, or Caesar salad that was so fresh and diced perfectly, the dressing was so inviting, and the shaved Romano & asiago croutons was flavorful. We loved the salad it was simple, but delicious and added to the wonderful experience of Olivia's catered food. We also had the meatball dish which I loved; saucy, but not spicy and the meat ball were so balanced in taste and flavor. They did loss their freshness (and bounce) although we placed them on top burners for a while. All dishes were big. Finally we had Shrimp Francese that was simply and undeniably divine - a sumptuous dish. We conclude that Olivia's treats every customer with individual, unique and attentive professionalism - and that's what makes this family- business a great asset to the community. This family-business deserved Kudos for their services.

This is a great local spot. Food was ready quickly and the staff is very friendly. It's is a local Italian pizza shop that smells like heaven. Definitely come here for some Italian/ pizza and support this local business!

This is the best value Italian spot/pizza joint in the area. Have been ordering from here for years and it's consistently way above average. If you're a francaise person like me this place will not disappoint!

I ordered an upside down pizza and a cheese pizza with eggplant ( both large). I was given a pick up time. Arrived on time and they were just removing my pizzas from the oven. Both pies were delicious and enjoyed by two adults and four grandchildren (with leftovers). Just as good reheated! Highly recommend.

This was an amazing surprise. Everything was wonderful. Don't let the fact that it looks like a pizzeria fool you, we all got entrees and it was great

Called in a take out order a lady picked up and put me on hold for 25 mins. Hung up and called back, the same lady picked up apologized and took the order from me. My husband picked up the order and when he got home realized his order was completely wrong. I immediately called back and was told the kitchen is closed and call back in the morning. There was nothing she could do. I was asked to call in the morning and talk to another manager if I wanted. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told she would refund the entire order and hung up on me. It is the most bizarre experience and I will never be ordering from them again. This is not first order, they have routinely messed up the orders. This is the final time we will be ordering from them.

I always order the cauliflower pizza as it is really the only place that offers that, it is increasing being delivered dry and VERY burnt, I will not be wasting over $15 on this again.
