Granted, I've only been here a few times so far - but Aiello's is an awesome local Italian deli.Why there aren't more great Italian delis in the area eludes me - but Aiello's is certainly worth a visit.They have meats, awesome prepared foods, delicious sandwiches and breads, pastas, imported deli meats, and plenty of specialty items.Just walking in and smelling the air inside is worth the trip alone.The foods seal the deal.The Godfather sandwich is excellent. Loaded with premium deli meats - it definitely hits the spot.My only request would be an option to choose the bread for any sandwich - maybe you can, I don't know.The standard bread was ok, but I'm a fan of a seeded semolina and would like to try it on that if possible.|Combine all the positives above with a friendly staff and there's just no excuse not to come here.

I always came here when it was Double D, I am curious if it's the same owners, because I know they are/were affiliated with Lasola in Normandy Beach as well. Stopped in today first time in a while for a brick oven loaf, which was phenomenal. Asked the girl for a few gingerbread man cookies and she said Happy Easter and gave them to me for free which was not at all necessary, but so nice! They have Boars Head cold cuts which is always a sign of a good deli to me.

This used to be called Double D's Catering, and my review is based on a takeout order for late lunch. I gave 4 stars because I really liked the flavors of the "disco fries" my husband and daughter both really loved their sandwiches they both kept saying how much they love the bread. My daughter did complain that her sandwich lacked the roasted peppers she was expecting but my husband's sandwich had plenty. I will have to mention we were missing an entire sandwich, my husband and daughter had to go back for it. The Cuban panini I ordered had its pros and cons, the roast pork was dry and tasted gamey which was very off putting, but when I picked the roast pork out leaving just the ham with everything else it tasted fine. Would I go there again yes for sure I just won't be ordering the Cuban.

Catered food for a party food was delicious, the teriyaki beef was tender,chicken sorrentino pretty good but wouldn't have preferred a different sauce like marsala or garlic lemon butter ,the cheese steak egg rolls delicious they were a big hit,Shrimp oreganata really good.Timely delivery

Aiello’s did an absolutely amazing job catering a baby shower hosted in our house! Delivery was so prompt and friendly. Food was excellent (everyone raved about it!) and the ordering process was seamless.
