This location is simply terrific. The young people who work here are well-mannered and helpful. Most importantly, they are patient for those occasions when you need a minute or two to decide. The soft serve vanilla and chocolate mix is great. The milkshakes are all all blended perfectly and very reasonably priced. The drive-thru can get a bit backed up, but the in-store wait time rarely exceeds 5 minutes. Great spot for soft ice cream.

To start off, the kids that work there are great. They are super nice, funny, and fast with their service. However when I came in the other day I’m assuming the managers/owners were working with the children and I felt the unhealthy atmosphere the owner was providing for the kids! You can tell the kids were uncomfortable and I overheard her harassing the kids about their schedules. I used to work at a Carvel and it was some of the best times of my life. Sad to see these kids be treated like this. Will not be coming back and I suggest you don’t either!!
Very bad experience there tonight. we got there at 855, and they all looked at us like we were disturbing their cleaning. I asked what time they close, and they said 10. They rushed to make my ice cream wasn't even made righ, and the older women there was very rude giving us dirty looks. It smelt like so much cleaning chemicals I was afraid I was eating cleaner. Made us feel very unwanted. Please wait longer then a hour before closing to bleach the place out.
