Had a big order last night, while during our break, and the last hour of opening. Sam B was extremely attentive to us, helpful in every which way from our additional orders, modifications, and even went out of her way to give us a women in uniform discount. She was great shoutout to her!

I pull up, person comes up to me to take the order. Almost puts his head in my cat! AKWARD! I order cool wraps, not spicy, get home kids started eating.... and someone made them spicy! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

I always love grabbing lunch at this location. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Jillian. She always goes above and beyond for customers. They’re lucky to have her!!!
This has to be the best location I have ever been to. We were greeted at the door! The place is very clean and even had fresh flowers at the tables. The staff kept coming by to make sure we had everything or to see if we needed any extra sauces. It was amazing. I wish every location was like this!!!

Usually I’m happy with my service here. This time I ordered from DoorDash (Wrap combo with fries, drink and I added a cookie). What was delivered was fries, the drink and a brownie. Completely missing the wrap and gave me a brownie instead of a cookie. So I spent $25 and ate fries for lunch. My order is in review with DoorDash for 60 minutes while I wait for hopefully a refund. I called the store to see if they could send out the missing and correct items, knowing they do delivery and was turned down for that and not given any kind of credit either. Disappointed, I feel like it’s a missed opportunity on their end to make things right.

I came in to Chick-fil-A the other day and as soon as I walked in, heard the manager Sam yelling at one of the employees working there. This is very disturbing and not right. I hope she gets fired, she does not deserve to be working there.
