Out of the DD's in the general area this one is the "Cream" of the crop. Only issue I've ever had with this one was.... uh... oh wait no issues at this one. Others yes, but not THIS location. Don't go to the one down the road by Home Depot... THAT one isn't good like this one.

Go thru drive thru...as for a decaf coffe...they informed me the did not have any brewed...as a coffee shop...how can you not have any? I will tell you why...they are

I don't like to give low ratings or poor reviews but I was actually shocked at the poor customer service at this location, especially given the fact that I used to be a Starbucks barista and I know the customer service requirements for coffee shops. Before I continue, I'd like to say that I have no other complaints. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean, so sometimes you gotta take what you can get, I guess.When I came here, I stood at the register for what seemed like almost five minutes and no one even looked at me. The manager was sitting in the dining area, most likely on break, and didn't even bother asking his employees to help me. All I was getting was a bottle of Powerade after a 20 mile walk.When the girl finally came up to the register, she didn't even say anything at all. She scanned the UPC on the Powerade and then stood there silent with a scowl on her face. There was zero eye contact. I didn't say anything at the moment because I remember being in those moods at Starbucks, too, but that doesn't change the fact that it's sloppy customer service and it needs to be corrected. It can also make socially awkward people extremely uncomfortable.Something I learned at Starbucks is that, despite the day you're having or the personal issues going on outside of work, you are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers. I did not feel welcome there and sadly I would not suggest going inside to order. Just use the drive thru and be on your way.

This is a wonderful Dunkin' on Laurence Harbor. The staff is super friendly and nice. The manager Sophia is so warm and welcoming. Very pleasant and attentive. She makes sure your order is perfect.Parking: Lots of available parking spots.
