Upon entering, I immediately noticed the dumpy look to the restaurant. I was a bit concerned about eating there, but my daughter really wanted to eat their. Once we were seated, Bonnie, our waitress walked over and greeted us. She took our our drink order and returned quickly. Bonnie was super friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable. The food arrived hot and in a timely manner. The bacon cheesburger was perfectly cooked with crispy bacon, lettuce and tomaoes. Both supermelts were also very tasty and hot. The fries were really good, leaving me wanting more. After eating, we decided to order dessert. Bonnie suggested a peanut butter fribble to my daughter who said it was super delicious. I had the ultimate cookies and cream sundae which I shared because it was very big to eat alone. Bonnie and the food alone would get a 5 star rating, but unfortunately, the place itself is in need of much improvement. Perhaps repairing the ceiling, replacing the flooring, and repositining the layout would be beneficial.

I was not too expecting, as I haven’t heard the best of reviews, but I must say those reviewers are blasphemous. All steps of the way went swimmingly ordering, and the staff truly live up to the name of their employer. I wholeheartedly recommend Friendly’s for a quick bite, or a restaurant experience. At the very least, they’ve gained a new regular on my part.Vegetarian options: There are several options following the Vegan/Vegetarian line. I cannot confidently say as to how delicious they are, but as a pescatarian, I can confidently say the fish dish I was offered was nothing short of sublime.

If you're ever in need of a pick me up or just want to indulge in a bowl of ice cream or just want to step through nostalgia lane, come to friendly's. I haven't been here since I was a kid, but now that I'm older it feels like I went back in time. Can't ever go wrong with a root beer float or banana split.

I've never been to a Friendly's before so this was a good first experience. The service was great and the food was surprisingly good, I got the honey bbq burger with fries. The price was great too, definitely worth it. My only gripe is the extremely outdated interior. This place could really use a renovation. Overall, I'd come back here.

The ice cream is always amazing!!! Especially the huge sundaes. The service is always a little slow or your waitstaff disappears. Definitely bring a jacket because it's always super cold... probably so your ice cream doesn't melt
