Amazing chicken teriyaki and lo mein. They delivered it fast as well.

Someone commented that the food here smells like dog crap and weirdly enough, I agree. There is something very unpleasant in the lo mein that was not appetizing at all. The food tasted ok, but when you got a whiff of that smell it soured the whole dish. Otherwise, appetizers were ok. I really liked the dumplings and boneless spareribs. Scallion pancakes were good. Did not like the egg roll, tasted a little sour inside. Entrees were not very good. General tsao's was not sweet enough, and the chicken tasted old. Wife did a chef special crispy noodle dish that had way too much fake crab... dominated the flavor of the whole dish. That funky smell was also present. In the end, just not happy at all. Will not go back.

Disappointed. Since Covid-19, chinese restaurants have basically started closing on Mondays so finding the Panda House open warranted a try. This place is basically the fast food version of fast food chinese food. Nothing was fresh, everything we ordered was warmed up and dished out for quick turnaround. I ordered wings and they were burnt on their surfaces, a tell-tale sign that they were sitting on a heat burner and not recently fried. The rest of the order was all cold as if sitting in a large bucket from where they scoop out portions when orders come in. The worst and fraudulent part is that they are over charging the amount of tax. New Jersey tax has been 6.625% for at least 4 years now NOT 6.875% which is what they are charging to their customers for years!. What amounts to pennies per customer, adds up over time . I suspect the IRS will be interested.

This spot offers wonderful service and delicious meals. One of my favourite restaurants in the area. The meals arrived quickly and the prices are economical. Recommended.

Ordered tonight and was definitely not impressed. I’m not sure if it was because it was 30 mins before closing. Wasted $30. I will be sticking to Beijing. Threw my food out after one bite.

Panda House Chinese restaurant and take-out. 2653 County Road 516, Browntown Shopping Center, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. People who work for a restaurant business that cater to mostly English-speaking customers should learn to speak English so that they are NOT hard to understand. A person who works the front of the store should have a decent command of the English language and should NOT have a hostile and disrespectful attitude towards any customer especially a repeat-customer. I have stopped being a customer at this store many months ago even before the pandemic lockdown went into effect. They don't deserve nice loyal customers like myself especially if the food here is NOT good enough and NOT necessarily worthy of a customer-recommendation. This review was posted on 2020 Oct.22.

My wife and I were looking for a new Chinese place and decided to give this a try. Based on other reviews, I expected either the very best, or absolute worse, dish ever prepared by human hands. It was neither. We ordered online, which was efficient and easy.We had it delivered which came in 22 minutes, despite having an estimated 45 to 60 minute time frame. My wife ordered Chicken and Broccoli. I ordered Beef Lo Mein. These are our "go to" dishes when trying a new restaurant. She was unimpressed, saying the she didn't think it was anything special and said that she felt that she didn't like the sauce. I thought mine was good. They used larger pieces of beef, may places use the small thin cuts. I felt it needed soy sauce and was a bit bland. My wife also got the won ton soup, which we had seen described in another review as "the worst won ton soup ever" and that was exactly why she thought she had to try it. While she didn't care for it, she said it was not the worst she had ever had. She only ate one won ton and left the rest. I had an egg roll. I thought it was the best part of the meal. I know you can't judge a restaurant on an egg roll unless they are making them from scratch themselves and they can vary from day to day in the same restaurant.Bottom line, we will likely not go back. Not because it was terrible, or even bad. It just wasn't anything special and there are better restaurants in the area.My wife just informed me, as I read this to her, that she ate two won tons.
