I love Ralph’s Italian Ices! The staff at this location are super nice too. They let you have a sample before you buy. My favorite Sundaes here are the apple cobbler and the hot fudge brownie. They are so DELICIOUS! The hot fudge brownie ice cream I swap the soft serve for Mississippi mud hard ice cream. Hot fudge sundaes are better with hard ice cream because soft serve melts quickly when it’s topped with anything hot. Their Ices are far better than Rita’s too! My favorites are the chocolate chip cheesecake, peanut butter and jelly, and peanut butter cookie dough. They also have cookie dough sundaes here too which are also very good! The cake batter a peanut butter cookie dough sundaes are the best! The choices are endless here! I recommend Ralph’s Italian Ices in Hazlet!

Disgusting. Chocolate ice cream was grainy, literally went from the window straight to the trash in the back. Asked for a cup to put ice cream in to bring home and they first said they don’t have cups/dishes, then when questioned they said they had water cups yet they sell hot fudge sundaes. No cards accepted but have an atm in the front that charges $3 which seems like a high fee given your product is ice cream. Rude staff, can easily see why the overall rating is low, wish I would have checked reviews first and then set my $20 on fire, would have been a better use.

Soooooo. Slow. Out of chocolate last 3 times here. My last visit
So I ordered black cherry ice cream, and the guy ended up giving me black cherry ice. So I asked him "wait isn't this ice not ice cream.?" He said "yea we don't have any blackberry ice cream left." He just handed me something I didn't even order and didn't even tell me they had none of the ice cream I wanted before giving it to me. So I couldn't even decide to change my order I just ended up stuck with it. Also my husband ended up having to tell him his order twice because he couldn't remember it. Just a warning: The guy working there that I had this problem with had dark hair and blue eyes.

Ralph's is my absolute favorite.Hot tip - this location is cash only! The ATM is currently broken. If you want your Ralph's you'll need cash on hand.The selection at Ralph's is above and beyond, but I will only ever order peanut butter cookie dough cream ice. This flavor is pure perfection and is a hit every time. I wish it had more cookie dough, but who can really ever have enough cookie dough? The menu is huge and you can try so many other things like gelato, shakes, cakes and of course so many flavors of cream and water ice. They also sell flavors by the quart / pint. I am a Ralph's fan forever and ever. I wish there was one closer to Morristown, but lucky to have this location close to family. Nothing hits the spot more at 34 weeks pregnant!

Grown man that works there would be much better off just scooping the orders not taking them or dealing with customers being he lacks any customer service skills. Nastiest encounter I’ve ever had. And the order still turned out wrong lol.. First and last time and this location for us.
