Kid-friendliness: Lorraine has worked here for over 40 years. She is beyond joyous to see her regulars and their kids. Some kids are regulars (now adults) who she’s watched grow up. It’s heart warming and inviting.

The best starbucks in the entirety of New Jersey, the workers treat me with the upmost respect and are just so kind. Lamija, Emmet and Maria specifically, are the best workers out there. My drinks taste so perfect and i just love coming here every morning. These workers need a raise because they work so incredibly hard.

This is 2nd Starbucks I went to as the 1st one line had 15 people like, this one 2 people in line but lady said she’s taking a break an closing for 40 min
They served 10 other guests that order after me, before putting my cheese danish to be warmed up!They couldn’t cancel it at that point. Laureen was kind to fix my coffee order quickly at least.

I asked 3 different drink to the customer and they didn’t have it then when I ordered iced blondie latte it wasn’t latte and it was just brown coffee and ice. I asked the young boy can you put whipped cream or drizzle because it was too strong and he said no… there’s no scan for points either, there’s no order online to pick it up..

I worked there for one week, unfortunately the starbucks is owned by acme so it was a very bad job. Even employees have to pay for ice and you get no complimentary drinks on shift when working. The management is very bad it took me many weeks to get the job because there aren't any starbucks managers. In the one week i worked there 6 people quit and 4 got fired… just very unprofessional. The workers got fired because they made themselves a drink once in a while, seriously. The seccurity asset protection made them all pay off drinks they made themselves, when at a regular starbucks you get 3 complimentary drinks. The security gaurds response to that was “then work for a real starbucks”. Words of advice, everytime the security guard woman Nicole has people fired she gets a 250$ bonus. Everyones getting fired…
