They were having a Cinnabon promo and I drove all the way here during traffic, pulled up at 1032am and i kindly explained what happened and i was met with a complete NO we can’t ur ended two mins ago. As if there was a huge line for it. Rude definitely will never spend another dime here

Service and experience is horrible, my wendys app didn't work and asked manager to help as well. They were very rude and told me they don't work for thr company. It was a Spanish lady, neither she helped to talk with manager nor she tried to help a bit.I will never go to that store. She was very rude at counter and nobody is willing to help. Very rude Spanish customer service. Nobody came to see to help for a second. Very untrained unprofessional people who do not know how to help or to resolve for online App orders. Too lazy to ask "how can we resolve this issue " but counter Spanish lady tells me she don't work for the company??? So great customer service and managers didn't even step up.

Haven't been there in awhile. What a nice surprise. Although dated, the dining area was clean and kept up. The service was great, as was the food. I never eat fries, but tonight I ate every one. They were perfect! Great job!

Horrible. Won’t go back. Just saved me money and pounds. Manager Anthony rude sarcastic an AHole. I don’t need fast food they just did me a favor. Horrible. Rude rude rude. Customer service sucks. Sad. But just saved me money. Never going back. Condescending. Arrogant. Lazy. Smart Alec. Disrespectful. Horribly rude. Need I say more. Oh yes and dirty.

I recently visited Wendy's and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The restrooms were not up to standard, and despite the store being relatively quiet, two employees failed to come to the register promptly. The food was okay, but the overall service left me highly dissatisfied. I hope the issues are addressed for an improved customer experience.

This wendys was pretty good. The food and the service was great, however it's the only Open business in that parking lot. It's in a lot with TD Bank and an abandoned Ruby Tuesday's and an abandoned Lowe's. But other than that, the Wendy's is a good one. Not all of them are the same, but this one is good.

This place is a disgrace to the Wendy’s name. It’s obvious the employees are poorly trained in customer service which is evident when they take your order. After a late night meeting I went through the drive through and ordered a double burger no cheese, extra onions and pickles and a 10 piece nugget. They were out of pickles. Yup a hamburger chain out of pickles. If I were the owner/ manager I would have gone to ShopRite and bought a couple jars of sliced pickles to ensure that customers got what they paid for. OK, got past that. Get home and find cheese on both patty’s and 2 slivers of onions with wilted lettuce and a tomato end. I’ve never seen a worse burger from a Wendy’s. This isn’t the first time they’ve screwed up a simple order but for me it will be the last.

They ran out of pickles. Yup a burger place ran out of pickles. That pretty much sums up the management of this place. Ok, got past that. As a manager/ owner I would have run to ShopRite and grabbed a couple of jars of pickle slices to give customers what they've paid for but that's just me. Get home and find both patty's with cheese, 2 slivers of onion, wilted lettuce and a tomato end and of course no pickles. Not the first time this location has screwed up my order but it will be the last.
