Egg shells in the egg rolls (계란말이)….. A baby or child eating this could have been injured. A place that sells food needs to put more care into what they make. I hope it was just a one-time accident. But the person at the register was not very pleasant to interact with either…

I bought a large container of Makkimchi last night, and I thought it was new kimchi, but it was overripe, so I asked for a new one. I bought it for $26, but I went early the next morning. I bought it last night, but I asked to exchange for a different one, and I couldn't do it. Always friendly. Aunt Dawn's complexion suddenly changed and she looked at her phone without even looking at her. She changed one piece of kimchi and said absolutely no. Where did that kind look go? Her complexion changed like that. Actually, you could steam the kimchi and sell it at a side dish store because it's overripe. Haha~~~Milky Way side dish. I went home, but I don't want to go again.

It's terrible food. It's so disappointing and doesn't even deserve 1 star.

My favorite Korean take out place in Pal Park.

I ordered Kalbi BBQ and veggie kimbap for a friend's birthday. They were for about 25 people. At the party, the food was gone very quickly and people gave many praises to the taste and presentation! Fresh food and friendly staff. Very nice customer service!

I think tofu sushi is a close second to kimbap, butThe tofu sushi here is better than kimbap.I can keep eating even if I’m full.

Their food quality has declined so much.Yookgejang is like bland salty soup with vegetables and Kimbap got so small after the price increase.Soondae is soggy and bland. They deserve the lowest rating for their food. Customer service is terrible too.

Quality food and soooo much variety! Yes. There are some items that are a few days old but its clearly indicated on the package and many of them are still very good. I really love the ahjumma's there. They have discounts in the evening and are such a pleasure. Love supporting this business!

I am seriously concerned about the safety of eating the food from this establishment, and the staff's terrible attitude is the cherry on top. This restaurant mainly serves Korean side dishes (banchan). There were three distinct instances, and the only regret is having given this restaurant more chances. 1. We bought a package of squid stir fry. Upon opening the package, there was a piece of LA galbi bone in the dish? Fine, maybe give them the benefit of the doubt there was some cross contamination, though that in itself is concerning. We returned back to the store, showed them the pictures, and asked for a refund. The lady at the counter states that there is no way that could have happened, we must be wrong, etc. Then she rudely starts beckoning us over, and telling us to pick something else instead of the refund, all the while continuing to berate us and tell us that there is no way this could have happened. At the end, we were too disgusted by both her attitude and the food's potential harm to our health (especially given the other episodes, read below) that we opted to just leave without the refund. 2. We bought packaged sashimi rice. Upon opening the dish, the rice smelled awful and was clearly spoiled. Disgusted, we threw the dish away and returned back to the store to ask for a refund. The lady at the store said that the only way to get a refund is to bring the spoiled food in, and so we obliged. Upon seeing the food, she still refused to believe us, and refused to issue the refund. At the end of a long argument, she practically threw $10 bill at us, saying she didn't know how to work the card machine to give back the refund to the original card. 3. Even during the height of COVID when we saw the staff preparing food without masks on, or with their masks hanging from their chin. All the while, someone would be sweeping very dusty floors right next to open pots of food. I understand there could be situations in which a customer can try to take advantage of a restaurant by asking for unnecessary refunds. However, in our case we tried to explain our situation calmly and had evidence. Yet the staff unnecessarily escalated the situation with their terrible attitudes and rude words. The food and price is fine, it's an average banchan place. But don't risk your health or sanity by visiting here.
