First time going to a real Korean restaurant, and we loved it! The ladies were so nice and polite and helped us to order food that they thought we might like, and they were so right!! We ordered a lot of food to try and it wasn't expensive for the amount of food 10/10

This place was cozy and clean. Love the vibes and seating was comfy. There's no lunch special on the weekend so we ordered 3 portions of food for 4 people. It was more than enough and we couldn't finish one of the dish. I was a bit disappointed when the waitress kept asking if I want to order a 4th dish and when I said we are not that hungry she insisted on us adding another rice. When we asked for additional banchan because we really liked the wasabi marinated squash they seem to be reluctant. Overall, the food was good and I would come back to try other dishes.

Great neighborhood Korean spot. Really clean. Nice staff. The menu is pretty great too. It would be a great spot to take people who have never tried Korean food besides KBBQ before. The soups and stews are all good, but their 2 person serving stews are amazing. Lunch sets are also very affordable and good.

I visited with my family when the store was not busy. The servers were whispering about our orders, which made my family feel so bad. The servers gathered together and chatted loudly until the store owner arrived. When our meal was almost over, the owner came in and the servers stopped chatting. I think servers should be trained in basic service etiquette. The taste was okay, but it was not a pleasant meal.

We had dinner here with our co-workers. We ordered stewed fish, pork dish, and skate samhap and enjoyed them together. This restaurant specializes in traditional Korean food and shows the original taste of Korea. Overall, quality food was provided, but the condition of the skate in the skate samhap was disappointing.

I don’t normally leave reviews unless it’s unbelievably amazing or extremely bad, and this place is just too good to be true. I happened to visit Hansang last July for the first time and my husband and I became regulars immediately. We both absolutely love this place and look forward to our next visit all the time.Food is nicely presented and even the simplest banchan has a deep flavor that you can tell they care a lot about the fresh ingredients and the efforts that go into cooking (don’t expect boring white rice here! They serve you the best kind that’s very nutritious). They have great variety in menu and the food quality is always consistent which is super important for me.The staff is very tentative and provides great service - they smile when serving and it feels very warm and personal which I find so nice whenever I’m there! They always come by and ask if we’d like more banchan:)The general atmosphere is also really nice. Spacious and clean - I just visited here again a couple of days ago and they had holiday decorations out (not the cheap kind?). They have a clean, nicely decorated restroom as well.If you haven’t been here, I strongly suggest you give this place a try for authentic Korean food with super nice staff.
