Nice clean place, with fast and friendly service. We are new to mala so we get the 0.5 spiciness level, which is perfect for beginners. Other patrons seem to enjoy the spicier levels. The broth flavor is excellent even without the mala spice, we can’t get enough. Place is new so you can still get seats immediately. Very clean and good service. Ordered the dry pot and the soup, both were amazing. You choose what veggies or meat to get into the dishes, not tons of varieties, but enough to get by. The basket they use to weigh the food is actually a bit heavy, so you pay for that too. But they pour the water out of your basket before weighing it. The soup has peanut taste, which is a bit unique. Haven’t compared to other places yet, but taste wise is good, will come back again with other dishes.

Great little Korean/chinese styled malatang spot. Their level 1 spicy is quite spicy, so be warned. It wasn’t shown on their menu but you can also order 0.5 spicy level. But if you have pride like me, that might be hard to do.All their vegetables were really fresh, the meat options were plentiful and juicy.
