My wife and I visited when she was pregnant, and they went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service (so much extra rice cakes for the two of to hold!). It was heartwarming to see their genuine care, and this extra touch brings out the best in their phenomenal rice cakes.They have early opening and closing hours (4 PM) because they prioritize freshness, so be sure to visit when the rice cakes are still hot! The interior is simple as it's mainly a catering/takeout spot. However, they offer beautifully packaged traditional rice cakes which are ideal for gifts and special occasions. Definitely worth a visit - my personal favorite, quote me on it, is the "sool dduk"!"

I never expected to find such a authentic Korean rice cake place. I tried the fermented rice cake, the pumpkin rice cake, and the red bean rice cake. All of them are just wonderful, the same as or even better than what I had in Korea. And they are very nice people! I will definitely revisit and try all different kinds of rice cakes they have!

But what made it really special was that they usually don't work on Sundays but they decided to fill in the order on a Sunday to match our son's birthday schedule. I really appreciated that.
