Second visit!Yesterday, my husband and I ordered the tonkatsu and lunch special menu (crab fried rice, kimchi stew, fish cutlet) and enjoyed our meal.As soon as we entered the restaurant, both the owner and the staff welcomed us warmly, which made us feel great. It's only our second visit, yet the owner remembered us!The taste was excellent, portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable, which was truly impressive. We also got free chocolate ice cream for dessert! So grateful! We took the leftovers home, and my daughter enjoyed them for dinner. We'll definitely be back. Also, just a note, we parked on the street for an hour and it was $1."

Elder lady with the short hair is very racist. Asked for 4 orders of noodle spicy seafood I repeated my self and emphasized 4 orders. Only gave me 1 out of the 4 in 10 minutes waited patiently for the rest as I assumed it was going to take longer since it was 4 orders. After 20 minutes I asked her and she said she only placed an order for one as she walked around the other tables and saw my family and me sitting down with only one person having their plate. She asked other tables if they needed anything not once did she stop at my table to for anything. We were the only Hispanics there and was the only table not being attended. According to my sister when she took our order and passed by our table made a stank face. It really sucks because we’re from a different culture we get treated differently and she made it so obvious. Don't recommend unless you like being stared down and not getting equal treatment.

Solid dress. The tteokbokki is very saucy, needs more tteok. Tonkatsu was delicious as was tonkatsu!

Ordered takeout. Very friendly service and nice and spacious eating area. The ddukboki that we had was average. The rice sticks tasted nice and fresh. Chewy as it should be. However, the sauce was way too spicy. They should consider allowing for different spice levels.

You will leave here feeling very full and satisfied. The portion sizes are very large. I've tried the donkatsu, omurice, spicy rice cakes (ddukbokki), and army stew here. They were all very good and filling. They also provide some side dishes and miso soup. There's free self serve ice cream that you can have for dessert as well. I believe they used to have this in the past, but stopped due to COVID. Now they brought it back! Would definitely recommend coming here!

REVIEW FOR JJAJANGMYUN. Ordered 2 days in a row. Noodle quality is bad like they didnt rinse it right or something- very starchy. Sauce is mediocre. Yellow radish is not crunchy/fresh. Also the first time i ordered through phone- and it went smoothly but when my husband picked up the order the guy got upset because it was a 15$ minimum. WE WERENT EVEN TOLD that over the phone.

Omlette rice was a 2/5, the rice cakes were a 2/5 but the non-spicy jampong was a 5/5. Service was good, but just disappointed with most of the food.

The taste and quantity are okay, but(The inside of the egg in the tteokbokki is cool, so it smells fishy...) Just like in American restaurants.I wish I had received even $1 by card. I heard that the card is only accepted for purchases of $15 or more... I thought it was no different from some other Korean stores. When I eat a meal alone, I have to go to the bank to get cash… I don't like stores that offer cash transfers like this... And I also wished that the landlady had a smile on her face.

The spicy marinated chicken or 불닭 was excellent, however the price I was paying, the side dishes was so disappointing.

Excellent food and great portions, especially for the jjajjangmyeon. Pork cutlet was really good and crispy too. Would definitely recommend!
