After multiple attempts to fix the issue I had with Anthony Franco's in Paramus, I am writing a review. We were frequent customers (an office). We ordered the same items every time we ordered. We called a telephone order as we normally do and the man was in a big rush. We tried to clarify what we ordered, upon delivery it was still incorrect. Fine. We called with an attempt to correct the item. The man told us it was our fault and if it was his fault he would not replace the item. We called back to speak to a manager a second time. He said he would not replace the item. I feel the man who picked up the phone was not a manager. I know if a manager or owner of the company heard this exchange would not be happy with how the staff handled it. We will no longer order from here regularly due to the very poor exchange and customer service.Vegetarian options: It's a pizza place.
