Been trying to reach customer assistance for 3 days. No one answers, no one calls back. There’s an error with a shipping order, and because of this company’s failure and inability to service its customer base with meaningful customer assistance, we can’t be heard in order to get resolution. Baked by Melissa’s phone message is meaningless. Unfortunately the ownership/management lacks the quality leadership that is a match for the quality of their product.

I visited the Paramus location. I didn't realize it is a kiosk. Nevertheless, I got the OG favorite six pack. They were very fresh and the service was friendly. The mall itself is also very nice.Baked by Melissa is a perennial favorite of mine. My favorite flavor is peanut butter and jelly and I like that they come out with different flavors each month. The difficult part about the Paramus kiosk is that you cannot choose the flavors individually. You must purchase them prepackaged. The cupcakes are a bit pricey, but I really enjoy them and ship them nationwide to friends. They are a very nice option for parties because they are small and you can try a lot of them.

Purchased the 25 pack of mini gluten free cupcakes from Melissa's in Lower Manhattan for my wife and sons birthday.Both have Celiac Disease and the two local bakeries that I usually buy from were closed. The price of the 25 pack was $49.00, what you would pay for a box of quality chocolate. Add on the packaging and a tip it came to $70.00. Now I can't comment on the non gluten free cupcakes but I would avoid the G.F. ones. You pay almost $15.00 more for a tasteless and possibly previously frozen product that was so miniscule that one person could eat all 25 and still have room for more.

I have been trying to get in contact with both BBM and the company that the cupcakes have shipped with the delivery date was yesterday 2 emails 2 call backs requests and still no response. how do you expect to tell people to order things a set day and time but still not deliver between then or get back to them in a timely manner. overpriced for bad customer service take your business else where.

My goodness, these little cupcakes were a dream! One of my husband's dealerships sent us a box all the way sunny So Cal. We were so impressed by these cupcakes! So much flavor packed into a bite size. My personal faves were the sugar cookie and the mint flavors. I even shared some with extended family on Christmas day and everyone loved them. I think everyone needs to try these once in their lifetime.

I'm disappointed in BbM customer service despite a really great product. We ordered online and paid extra for a delivery date to meet a birthday. The confirmation has the same date listed. The product did not arrive and a call and email both went unanswered for more than 24hrs. The product arrived today, 2 days late. Hopefully a Yelp review will trigger a response from the company. I only chose 3 stars since the product remains great, despite the lack of service.

They're ok but we're much better when they first opened. The cupcakes are way to sweet now. It's also annoying that you can't mix and match your order. They says it's because of Covid but it's probably just a way to cut corners
Received a delivery of 25 'greatest of all time' mini cupcakes, from my sister in California to my 95 year old mother in Jersey for Mother's day . Don't think that they will make it to Sunday's dessert. Absolutely delicious !

Okay here I am, brought in by Tik Tok en route from NJ to NYC. We made a little side trip to get these cupcakes before getting into city bc who knows what parking is like. This location is in the mall. I got the The Oh My Gluten-Free Cupcakes pack of 25 and paid a whopping 44 which is 1.75 per cupcake for something the size of a quarter haha. My husband and I were both a little shook when she said 44, but when in Rome! Cup cakes were tasty, but not amazing. Really liked the red velvet and cinnamon ones. Definitely would not buy again, but fun to get once.

I was blown away by how delicious they were especially after shipping that far, but they were SO GOOD! I will definitely be ordering from this company in the future and telling all my friends how great they are! If I was on the East Coast I would love to visit an in person store after reading the other reviews. GOOD FOR THIS COMPANY requiring masks! It's simple and it keeps their employees and customers safe and that is something I greatly value in a company/brand.
