(They just need a no-sugar-added ice cream option and they would get 4 stars... Update: Stopped in for an emergency and there is a wonderful person named Chhaya (spelling?) that greeted us this morning. If she can train everyone in customer service, this place could get at least 3-4 stars... she was very kind to everyone who came in and took care of them quick The food is fine, and the place is clean enough; what brings my rating down is the customer experience. I have tried very hard to like this location, as it is the closest to home and my father likes ice cream a lot, but the staff are impatient and/or not welcoming. My father is elderly and needs a little more time to process questions, and this seems to throw them off a lot. I hope they can work on this, but for now I will take the extra drive to go to other more friendly locations.“
