I should have gotten up and left to go to the Chili’s in Palisades Mall.Tonight, 1/5/2024, I decided to come to the Chili’s location in Paramus. That was my first mistake.I wanted to order a sangria-rita but was informed the margarita machine was broken: bummer. The bartender didn’t even wait long enough for me to decide on something else before she disappeared from behind the bar for over 10 minutes. She was too busy being on her phone in the kitchen area and chatting with kitchen staff. When she came back I asked for a glass of wine- traditionally, most bartenders ask do you want a 6 or 9 oz pour. I was given a 9 oz without even being asked. I had to order food through another bartender because SURPRISE SUPRISE- my bartender was no where to be found. I got my food and the sauce was not what I requested. But I chose to eat it because I was starving having come off a hospital shift and I didn’t want to inconvenience the bartender from texting instead of doing her job. I tried giving her another chance by ordering another drink but once again- got another 9 oz pour. I had enough. I paid my bill without leaving a tip and tried giving feedback. That’s when my bartender started slamming bottles around me and shut my little tablet off from commenting further on my experience. I will NEVER return to this location again as it’s unprofessional, unkind, and by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Chili’s location.

The service at this Chili's was amazing! Francisco was kind, patient, attentive, and helpful. The food was delightful! I had the trio appetizers. The southwest roll, chicken crisper, and the sliders. Everything came out of perfect temperature and was accompanied by perfect dips. Very enjoyable. I had a Jack and coke with a twist of lime that was on point! I will definitely come back when in the area!

We were the only people there on a Sunday there might have been one other table or two. The service was pretty quick. The only thing I wouldn't recommend getting is the mango iced tea because it tastes very watered down. I ordered Alex's Santa Fe Burger which is my new favorite, also had an appetizer to share with the table which was the southwest egg rolls. The avocado ranch sauce is amazing.

I go to Chili’s at least twice a month and this happens to be my least favorite chilies. It all started after we got seated and took the waitress about eight minutes to come to us. We were seated at 3 PM. She got to us around 310 when we found out, she was also the bartender, we were fine with that. She was very polite apologize for being late she was not the problem she took her order and when it was delivered by someone else, we were missing french fries for my son knowing that she was busy behind the bar we told the gentleman that was working the hostess stand That we were missing french fries he decided to scream across the room to the bartender the table 43 has a question. And walked away to continue to play on his phone and watch the football game. Mind you his first reaction should’ve been to walk to the back and tell somebody instead of screaming across the room But that’s what happened. Obviously the bartender was busy so it took her quite a few minutes before she came. We saw either a supervisor or a manager. She was wearing a red polo explain to her that we were missing fries for my son at this point, we actually didn’t want them to just take them off the bill , and explained our sincere disappointment with the gentleman that was working, the host stand. She then proceeded to tell us that he doesn’t run food. He just sits people down well, that’s all well and good all he needed to do was walk into the back and tell somebody that we were short in order of french fries not apologizing at all we told her to just remove the fries from the bill. The bartender/waitress did stop by apologized. We understand it’s not her fault. We were just dissatisfied with the host who went to continue to watch the football game and play on his phone and the young lady who was in the red polo shirt , this happens to be my least favorite Chili’s and as a frequent chilies. Customer this will now be my last and final time going to this particular one.
