Loved how fast the service was and got my drink exactly how I wanted. The service here is great thanks to an employee named Angelina. She really had a positive attitude even when I was taking forever. The patience here is great will be coming again.

Well it was my first time visiting New Jersey and while I was there I went and tried out this Dunkin’ Donuts store and may I say the experience was that best there was a worker named Angelina she’s the sweetest young lady I ever met she welcomed me in with a big beautiful smile was very patient and very helpful cause I was completely indecisive that day and she told me all her personal favorites just to help me out she was so very kind and patient with me including with the other customers cause there was a lot of people and she was there all my herself doing everything at once she’s amazing I tell ya keep up the great work lovely

With all the great donut shops popping up, Dunkin really needs to step up their game!Donuts shipping pre baked from an out of town ghost kitchen just don't taste or sound appealing.I used to look forward to Dunkin donuts on occasion, however it's just not fulfilling the crave for donuts lately ? I hope they figure out how to bring freshly baked donuts back like Mr Dunkin gave his life for....TIME TO "MAKE" THE DONUTS!!!!!! He didn't say time to ship the donuts. Come on Dunkin donuts, you can do it right again!

Just ordered two medium iced coffees and got milk with barely any coffee. I went in amd kindly asked the employee to please redo them with less milk. She was very rude and had a nasty demeanor. She purposely made it exactly the same way smiled and shoved them towards me. Such terrible service , safe to say I’ll never return to this Dunkin!!

Through Uber eats on November 5th 2023 I ordered frozen coffee and bagel fry eggs and sausage! The food arrived cold ! The frozen coffee was old stale dirty tasting old coffee filled with frozen ice dunkin had sitting in a freezer some where … and the bagel was rubbery … the eggs was rubbery and the sausage looked like jello! It was disgusting! I have never seen anything like this ! This is not the first time dunkin dounuts in different location has been serving old stale drinks and food ! They are to lazy to make fresh drinks and food ! The people preparing the food for the public does not care about their customers health or the company they work for ! It is shocking the people preparing the food would sell bad old stale drinks ,, coffee and sandwiches to hard working people!! It’s a wast of money ! These people who are selling old food to the public needs to be fired ! They need to hire people who care about the health of humanity! If they keep this up the store will go out of business!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!

They made the wrong orders, I told them it was the wrong order with my family as a witness. Instead of apologizing and redoing the order, they blamed us and would not accept our request. The employees had a horrible attitude and were disrespectful. I won’t ever go back to that place anytime soon.

Something is wrong with young employee’s that are working in the costumer service industry, I’ve been seeing a lot of attitude and neglect. This girl working while on the phone with T-Mobile trying to fix her personal phone problem while me and another costumer waited to be taken care of. The other lady was the only one working and making the orders.

Pathetic service. They use a magicJack number for their phone number and cannot get through to them. Placed an Uber eats order and they messed it up completely but we just couldn’t reach them to even talk about it.
