Nice location. Friendly staff. Now I know what's like in whole Nespresso store is like. I checked in the walk in where a person tool my phone nunber and put me a queue. I was escorted to Nespresso bar where they made you a drink and then they call me to go to counter where they amswered all the question I had. All kind of way to make drink and what each variety of poss they had. They gave me some great ideas to make nice coffee/espresso things. Irecommend this place if you are looking to get some information as well getting pods for your Nespressi machine.

Justin was extremely helpful and super patient when it came to my indecisiveness. He was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations towards my most liked pods. He even went as far as to providing me a sample coffee to try. Great customer service! Will definitely be returning for my next re-up!

Okay this new thing with QR codes and personal info requests from staff is ridiculous. I can’t just walk in, buy coffee and leave. No, the store is empty and I have to scan the QR code to take the place in line(btw, there’s no line) and then give my first and last name + phone number to BUY COFFEE! they will not sell you anything unless you follow their “protocol”.. I’ll just stick to buying capsules from Amazon

I have been going to this location since I purchase my first Nespresso. I am in my second Nespresso. I went to this location today hoping to walk out with an updated Nespresso machine. However once I walked in I was treated by a very unprofessional host. To the point where I felt I was being treated as someone that had no need to be there. To top it off they implemented a system where you do not stand in line to purchase but instead have to scan a QR code which you actually have to stare at your phone to know when it is your turn or where to go.. The “host” was useless. Then while we waited after ordering the coffee I was standing by a shelving and another later by the name of Raisa approach us with an attitude as if we were doing something wrong. We were standing and talking while we waiting for your team member to get our coffee that we order. IF you do not want people standing and waiting maybe you want to arrange your processing. I won’t be purchasing from this location.. Thank you Paramus Boutique as your service is lacking and your customer service skills need more training.. No need to purchase another machine from you and will consider another brand.

CLUELESS EMPLOYEES. They now have a "queue" for you to wait to be waited on, but saw several ppl just walk in and be served. If I could throw my whole freaking Nespresso out I would to not deal with this store...ONLINE I GO.

After being a customer for over a year... I find it extremely unprofessional not to announce hour changes without notifying Your customers of changes to store hours. Only notice was in your store window. What about people who have specifically driven to the store for Nespresso. It took over a half hour drive. I was in to see your manager and appraised her of the situation. She said there is nothing she can do. Poor response.

Extremely disappointed because my girlfriend was really excited to go since she just got a nespresso machine. Drove 30 minutes just for them to be closed at 7:20 pm when they state they are open to 9 pm. I made sure to double check the time before making the drive . None of the stores around it were closed yet. You should change your hours because it is misleading and people would need to travel a good distance due to this being the only store in our general area.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The lady probably the Supervisor does not really know how to communicate.The Bundle was being returned and I was told that it included a $10 worth of chocolates. I explained it to her that I did not get any chocolates. according to her, the person who sold me is very thorough which she was implying that "she doesn't believe me". The worst feeling of as if I am lying and got those chocolates. Honestly, the only reason I am returning was due to the price of about $130. again, she said she can't do it. To end the conversation, I left them with the bundle items plus 2 sleeves of blue bottle sleeves. Not even an intent to resolve this issue. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS STORE !!! Never did I get this type of treatment. so different !!!

Justin was really super helpful! I shop at this location fairly often and customer service attitudes are not always super friendly. Justin was really, really nice and super accommodating!

Really good stuff. I recently was given a Nespresso machine, and I liked the Rich Chocolate pods but I really love the Double Espresso pods with the coacao notes. I also got a free Pumpkin Espresso while I was at the store. Yummy!

I just got my machine recently and I went to the store and the lady said “ next time you make a purchase you will get a set of two glasses.” I finished my sleeves and came back and apparently that was a scam they said “ buy these and then you will get the set” I went in today and apparently tbey take all your information and create an account for you to send you emails and messages but not to keep on the records that you have a free set. The manager Daniel came to me and said “we do not keep it on the records so people don’t create fake account and then said let your friend create an account it’s easy” we need to put a limit for these cooperations making systems that benefits them perfect and systems that benefits customers “not so perfect.” Happened at the Soho Branch.

Warranty paper says we have 2 years of warranty, but in reality in store they say it’s one year and they can’t help to fix the coffee machine that stop working after 1 year and 2 months, basically they said it’s garbage now and you can buy a new one. Just a scam, one thing son paper another thing and in store another.
