I never have been to Panera before. I got the chicken noodle soup with the bread bowl. It was very good. The soup needs alittle more chicken and noodles etc. In it. It was good. My kids got the pizza. They loved it!
i went to this location twice and both times I received a black piece of hair in my salad. When I called all they said was they can only give me a refund if I come back to the store. Honestly, this is completely disrespectful and I got no closure that the issue was going to be fixed. I received the dry comments and no apology. I do not recommend this location whatsoever.

This a convenient stop on 17. Sandwiches, soups, bread, cookies, coffee etc all high quality - and a nice bathroom break! I use the app to pre-order. One time the order was mixed up which we did not see until we were miles down the road - I got a refund credit through the app.

Staff is 5 star and never had an issue with them. All the problems are corporate issues out of control of the workers. First the pricing has gotten ridiculous. You two you pick 2, soup and sandwich and added 2 cookies for two people comes out to $40+ Next they changed the baguette. It used to be very good. Last few times it was a generic piece of bread. This time it was a baguette but not like the one they used to give you.

This location is absolutely the best! There was an error with our order for lunch and they immediately corrected it and even through in some cookies. Truly the best Panera I have been too....and definitely the cleanest!
