Went with a group of six we all had appetizers. Let me tell you the best zupda clams I ever had. Really nice table wines the entrées were ridiculously delicious and the portions were generous... The only reason this place is in a five star for me is because... People don't wanna work these days the guy that waited on our table was the only waiter he took care of probably 10 tables in and out the bartender backed him up as well as one of the cooks from the kitchen... This guy nailed it... So not having a back up person to back up the back up person especially these days was the only constructive criticism that I have for this place otherwise this place is a slam dunk

If you want to be abused, this is the restaurant for you. We've been going to Roberto's 2 for years and years. We have found, as have others, that the owner, Bobby, has become more and more abusive. He yells at you if you want another table or do not have a reservation. Bobby is abusive and very rude!!! We will never go back there and recommend that you go down the road to GP's in Guttenberg where they are thrilled for your patronage and treat you with respect!! It's not about the food!

We didn't even get to the food bc after being served wine, we sat there waiting for 20min for our server to take our order, it was absurd. What was worse, other than a party that was buffet catered and 1 other table of 2, there was nothing going on in the restaurant. We kept seeing 4 servers milling around tending to the other table while our server was MIA for 20MINUTES! No one thought to check in on us sitting there with no food while we clearly looked around trying to get someone's attention. It was crazy! We ended up leaving out of frustration, so we didn't even get to the food and the wine was not great:/ just a crappy experience without the benefit of smg tasty:/ we valeted our car for nothing.

My family had the best dinner at Robertos last night. You know when you go there you will have the best meal. Can't wait to go back.

Great place for Italian food. After checking in at a local hotel we needed to find a place to eat. There were several choices for Italian and we selected Robertos II. Robertos 'special' veal scalopini and chicken parmesan were outstanding. Service was good. Atmosphere was as expected for a small cozy Italian restaurant. Next time we're in Edgewater we will feast there again. Molto Bono.

Oh my God, Roberto's II Ristorante was phenomenal. Friendly staff and great atmosphere all year round. After going over the reviews I have ordered Shrimp Scampi and it was just amazing. And also, the service was terrific and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back to Roberto's II Ristorante for more.

Bad service on Valentine's Day mind you it's at half capacity so who else was there to attend. The plates were minimal, lackluster, and bare for just one item. At least have some presentation on the plate or a garnish. I ordered the lamb chops and while it was okay the price for 4 small lamb chops and nothing else at all,not worth it.
Wanted to take a ride by the water. Try something new!!! Thank god for google & a crave for some Italian food!!! Everything was absolutely delicious. The owner even came To out table. He cooks the food. And I was served a Zuppe di pesce that could serve 2!!! Reasonably priced as well! Will definitely be going back. One of the BEST sauces ever!
