They charged me almost $3 more than a Starbucks location dor my same exact usual drink. When I asked why it is more, they said it’s because a Target location. Plus they did not accept the promotion on my app saying “ they’re a Target Starbucks” ! Never again

Visited Halloween around 4:00 P.M., but it was a poor experience to the point that I held this in my mind to report this now. On top of waiting like 10-15 minutes for a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Latte, when I asked for a straw, some lady lingering by the pickup told me they didn’t have any. The employee then corrected her and said they got them from the back. But like, was anyone talking to her, and don’t you have anything to do before your shift begins then hop on my order? Then I leave with my drink, start driving where I have to go, sip it. No sugar at all: espresso, oatmilk, and ice. The drink has “brown sugar” in its name. If you didn’t have any, why wouldn’t you say? Or I guess they just forgot, but for like $7.00 for a medium drink, to taste foul with no sugar was just unacceptable. They need help over there.

So sad, It is incredible the lack of importance that the workers give to the customer in this location, whenever I go to Target and buy a drink in this Starbucks, it is a bad experience. They should do something, and urgently!!!

Absolutely horrible service, not only are they unfriendly but how do you open your store and not have any cold brew for the third time now. After the guy before me was done with his order the cashier didn't call me over or anything he just stared at me and waited for me to just walk up. No hi, how are you nothing. I would not recommend this Starbucks whatsoever.

This location is very rude. One of the staff working there got mad at me for getting a sleeve for my coffee instead of nicely telling me that I couldn’t reach for a sleeve behind the plastic barrier because of COViD. She was quite disgusting in the way she talked to me. I truly felt targeted and on top of that I waited 20 minutes maybe more to order my drink when their was 3 people behind the counter working. Unbelievable!

The super slow and poorly managed. They are incredibly slow and prioritize Target store employees ahead of customers. Fortunately, there is a speedy Dunkin right outside in the mall.

The people that work at this Starbucks are very rude.. they acted like they didn’t see when standing there waiting. No one said give me a moment they saw me but kept doing what they saw me and not one person spoke. Then when someone finally came to help he acted like he didn’t want to take my order which was only 1 drink. Then he started to make my drink then gave it to the other girl to finish it. I have NEVER had a bad experience with any Starbucks this is the first and I'm not happy with it. Not to mention they gave the best attitude and was so helpful to other people but when it came to me I got the rude and nasty attitude!

This is the worst Starbucks ever. The crew are careless, lazy, and doesn't want to work.The manager and the crew for this location should be fired immediately.They don't have milk, sandwiches or pastries.I am not sure why they are in business.Please close this store.This is shame on Starbucks name to have business like this.This is not the first bad experience at this store I came before and the Crew didn't want to serve the customers.

I was in Target earlier and the Starbucks looked closed from far so I didn’t go nearby. Enter at 8:50 pm, after I called the Starbucks number & it said it closes at 10. Was in the line for like 3 minutes and it wasn’t until a customer told me that their were closed. So I asked if I can order and they said no we closed at 9. It wasn’t 9 yet they didn’t want to make me a drink. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
