They are supposed to close at 8pm, however the doors were closed at 7:30. I was extremely dehydrated and passed out. They just watched me suffer. I am currently writing this from my hospital bed. I hate everyone who works here. DO NOT GO HERE !!

I went to the wrong Starbucks to pick up drinks, and I showed up 30+ minutes late to pick up my drinks they were kind enough to remake my drinks. Going through a tough day, I really appreciate this small gesture. Thank you.

It is ridiculous to have to wait in a drive thru for over 30 minutes. You'd think okay there are a lot of cars but when there are only about 5 cars ahead of you from when you get into line to when you get your drink that is beyond ridiculous. Even when I got to the window they didn't even know which drink I had and it still wasn't ready! Absolutely ridiculous!

This Starbucks location had a huge drive-thru line so I went inside instead. There was no line inside so we were helped immediately. The staff didn't seem very friendly/welcoming but it was BUSY. I'm sure it's stressful when the line gets backed up like that. However, they all seemed calm behind the counter. We waited about 8 minutes for our drinks but we were still faster than the drive-thru line. The drinks were really good, so that's what matters.
What a smooth transaction. Stopped by this morning on my way to a client visit. I usually stop by the one north on 17 in Mahwah, but I was headed in this direction. I used the app to place my order, Trenta Iced Coffee with 2 shots of espresso, and one pump of liquid sugar, and an everything bagel toasted, no spread. I placed the order through the app, 5 minutes before my arrival to the drive thru, I gave them my name, pulled up, received my nectar of the gods and was on my way. My coffee was perfect, and did not taste bitter or old. My bagel was toasted to perfection. If all Starbucks can be this seamless, I would buy stock in their company.
