1 night visit... But an enjoyable time in a busy, busy beer joint & bar food purveyor. It was Wednesday, which I understand is a weekly night for Grateful Dead tribute/cover bands. That night despite a slow start, the band got rolling with some well intentioned covers, including Tennessee Jed, which rang true. I did not sample the victuals but the menu featured bar food which, upon delivery of exemplars to my bellied-up-sittin'-@-the-bar neighbors looked good enough to eat. Look for the turkey?/chicken? on the roof. The OL is clearly a good ole joint.

We were in town, visiting from North Myrtle Beach, SC. We looked for local "dive" bar and found this on Yelp. It was a locals hangout for sure. Staff was super friendly and we had the wings, fantastic for sure. Had a band while we were there and the music was good. Recommend this place if you're a local or passing thru.

It's been about 20 years since I've been here and look Forward to some day retuning as I don't live in the area anymore. I mean I live like an hour away. From what I remember it was awesome and from what I've read it seems like it has only gotten better!
Came here with a friend a little after 10pm; stayed til like 12:30am. There was some good live performance going on, lively patrons of all ages (above 18 of course at this time), and great staff going around checking in with everyone to ensure all was well. There seemed to be some good bar food selection and wide range of drinks. We appreciated the gluten free options for health needs. There was parking in the premises. Highly recommend.
