Celebrating my mom's 86th Birthday. Such a wonderful experience when Santa showed up and we took some memorable pictures!! Great food, service and ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

MY GUEST AND I HAD MANY OPTIONS ON WHERE TO DINE FOR LUNCH ON 05/02/23. NEIMAN MARCUS ROTUNDA WAS THE FINAL DECISION DUE TO THE COMPLIMENTARY POPOVERS AND STRAWBERRY BUTTER. THE REASON FOR OUR DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE POPOVERS. THE POPOVERS WERE COLD AND BURNT. THE WAITRESS DID BRING OUT A SECOND ORDER AND THIS TIME THE POPOVERS WERE COLD AND UNDERCOOKED. HUGH DISAPPOINTMENT. AT THIS POINT, WE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING FURTHER. IT WAS TOO LATE IN OUR MEAL.....WILL GIVE IT ALOT OF THOUGHT BEFORE RETURNING TO NEIMAN MARCUS ROTUNDA IN PARAMUS, NJ.
Our waitress forgot our drinks and seemed apathetic to forgetting when I asked about. She also didn't check in with us we got our food, so I didn't even get a chance to ask her for the drinks. I had to try and waive at her for a while to get my bill.

love this spot for a nice relaxing lunch. Great menu and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Just don't be in a rush to eat. The only downside of eating here is how long it takes for dining.

Very disappointed!! Food was terrible!! Probably the worst I've had. Don't understand Used to come here a lot. Going to Florida. I hope the one in Boca Mall hasn't changed.

I always considered The Rotunda one of the best places to lunch at the mall. I realize that COVID has put a crimp into everything , but if u can't make it stand out as something special, then just close like other places did. Everything was just plopped down on the table. The popover was COLD like out of the refrigerator. We had to ask twice for water and there were a handful of customers. Outside of the orchid when u come in there was just emptiness all around. It was nothing like my many other enjoyable lunches at Neiman's.

Food was fantastic, as was the service. We were disappointed to find that there is no alcohol served, as we wanted a glass of wine with lunch, but it certainly wasn't a dealbreaker! The complimentary broth and warm popovers were amazing. Highly recommend.

Came here for a lovely lunch today and had the most wonderful time. We got the crab cake salad and the Neiman burger, and both very delicious and made with good quality ingredients. The service was polite and everything was very clean with the staff constantly cleaning and sanitizing between clients. Highly recommended.

This is a great spot to get lunch. The crab cakes were filled with crab and delicious. The salmon was also great. The only negative is the chocolate chip cookie we purchased to go, was too hard and seemed like it wasn't made right..... The rest was great.

the fact that a clothing store has a restaurant inside of it will baffle me until my dying day. The additional fact that it is a high quality in pleasant experience will stay with me everyday.
We always have a nice time at the Rotunda. The service is always excellent and attentive. I enjoy the complimentary little cup of broth they provide at the very beginning. It's a nice touch. The puffy bread and tasty butter also is very good. The lunch I had was good, although the soufflé part of it was just okay. Still, I look forward to returning.

Excellent restaurant. The waitress was really nice and I didn't have to wait that long for the food. Since I love hamburgers, I ordered the All Natural Burger (cooked medium-rare) and it was delicious and juicy. Nicely seasoned and the shoestring fries were so crispy and tasty. The garlic aioli was amazing! Dipping my crunchy fries in them was great!

This store is pretty big and has a good selection of high end men's clothing. They even have a huge selection of sale items right in the middle of the floor. The reason it gets 3 stars is because one of the 3 times I was in this store was to return a pair of jeans I had ordered online. The woman who did the return for me looked me up and down to judge me based on what I was wearing before she assisted me. Sorry I wasn't dressed in my Sunday's best when I'm running errands including a return at a department store. She was not particularly kind during the transaction and acted as if I was bothering her. How hard is it to hire people who can smile and process a transaction without being a crybaby?

This is yelp but this is the only spot i would leave the most review and i have been lacking on criticism? I try not to leave good or bad reviews lately because these days too mich talk about everything. The 4 stars is just 8'm satisfied because it's close to home and usual spot. If i am picky would be 3 or less but i still go there. Neiman is known for expensive stylish stuff, and i've been to different locations far from home but garden state plaza has the most displayed. More shoes and clothing on display that i can try on. These days everything is online but u need to try on and see the actual product if u know what i mean. Only 1 star im lacking is not racism but how they treat u. If u go in flipflops they will not help or look at u.

Sandy, from the perfume department has absolute horrible customer service. I was standing around for ten minutes and still she did not come to ask us if we needed help (she was on her phone) and I had to go and ask her for help. When she came she seemed annoyed and just grabbed whatever cologne without double checking while still being on her phone. When I asked her a question she said she did not know and didn't bother to find out (who knows then? She's the one that works here.). She then asks for a drivers license (why?) and puts it into the system and an email pops up on the screen that is not my email and I let her know and she says that it did not matter. I told her to cancel the order and asked another lady for help. Sandy came rushing to us and started acting nice and twisting the situation around. With the new lady's help we then find out that Sandy did not give us an Eau de Parfum but an Eau de Toilette. First time and last time going to Neiman Marcus (no wonder it was empty). We then went to Macy's to get the RIGHT cologne, which was cheaper and experienced way better customer service!
