Celebrating my mom's 86th Birthday. Such a wonderful experience when Santa showed up and we took some memorable pictures!! Great food, service and ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

MY GUEST AND I HAD MANY OPTIONS ON WHERE TO DINE FOR LUNCH ON 05/02/23. NEIMAN MARCUS ROTUNDA WAS THE FINAL DECISION DUE TO THE COMPLIMENTARY POPOVERS AND STRAWBERRY BUTTER. THE REASON FOR OUR DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE POPOVERS. THE POPOVERS WERE COLD AND BURNT. THE WAITRESS DID BRING OUT A SECOND ORDER AND THIS TIME THE POPOVERS WERE COLD AND UNDERCOOKED. HUGH DISAPPOINTMENT. AT THIS POINT, WE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING FURTHER. IT WAS TOO LATE IN OUR MEAL.....WILL GIVE IT ALOT OF THOUGHT BEFORE RETURNING TO NEIMAN MARCUS ROTUNDA IN PARAMUS, NJ.

We had time to kill before our flight back to Florida so might as well do some Christmas shopping with no sales tax here at the mall. The four of us decided to have a nice bite before we left and decided on the Rotunda on the top of the shopping plaza. Nice quick, happy, service by Jamie, who was all smiles and gave us great attention!!! I had the Neiman cheeseburger which was very good!!! Juicy, grilled perfectly of medium temp, tasty with a nice portion of fries, a chicken salad sandwich which was big enough to share, a chicken and sun dried tomato on a grilled panini, and a chicken salad with orange soufflé . All four lunch dishes were a perfect hit my first time at a Neiman Marcus Rotunda rest and will not be my last!!! Nice Christmas decor all over, nice clean roomy rest. And great service!!! We will be back!!! Merry Christmas!!! ??????
Our waitress forgot our drinks and seemed apathetic to forgetting when I asked about. She also didn't check in with us we got our food, so I didn't even get a chance to ask her for the drinks. I had to try and waive at her for a while to get my bill.

love this spot for a nice relaxing lunch. Great menu and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Just don't be in a rush to eat. The only downside of eating here is how long it takes for dining.

The food is really good, I love the popovers and the very yummy broth. I’m only giving it three stars because I want to draw their attention that when they change the menu they leave certain people disappointed. Please bring back the chicken Milanese with the couscous. It was a wonderful dish.

this used to be my go to store when going to garden state plaza but no longer! I purchased a dress for my teenage daughters graduation . End of school year is a busy time, and I was newly diagnosed with Lyme disease and pretty sick . Long story short..... my daughter didn't like the dress I picked and chose another . I went to return the dress - it was day 36 instead of 30. Quiet a pricey dress and bc I was 6 days late they wouldn't return , not even store credit! Wow if you stood behind your merchandise you'd give store credit when things were brought back within a reasonable amount of time . Bloomingdales is 90 days others 60

went in a few days ago to get last min stuff for an engagement photo shoot. told a guy i needed a french cuff shirt. he asked where i usually get my shirts from. (i don't like buying expensive shirts bc i usually get too fat or i get them dirty but this was an extremely special occasion for me). told him macy's or century 21. he grimaced and said "our shirts cost about 10x what you're used to paying....." what the f!&k.... d*** douche. now today.... i bought a bow tie online and it was supposed to arrive in 2 days. that was monday. and the tie is arriving fri. (too late for photoshoot) so i bought the same tie and elected to pick it up. the sales people in this store are just horrendous. you have the most rude and obnoxious people working there. like having crackheads selling designer stuff. good job guy

I always considered The Rotunda one of the best places to lunch at the mall. I realize that COVID has put a crimp into everything , but if u can't make it stand out as something special, then just close like other places did. Everything was just plopped down on the table. The popover was COLD like out of the refrigerator. We had to ask twice for water and there were a handful of customers. Outside of the orchid when u come in there was just emptiness all around. It was nothing like my many other enjoyable lunches at Neiman's.

Food was fantastic, as was the service. We were disappointed to find that there is no alcohol served, as we wanted a glass of wine with lunch, but it certainly wasn't a dealbreaker! The complimentary broth and warm popovers were amazing. Highly recommend.

Terrible store with terrible customer service. Brought in an item to home section as arrived damaged and asked for exchange. Took lady at the counter more than an hour to process this due to complete lack of knowledge on how to operate returns. The saleswoman actually responsible for home section was just walking around with hangers pretending to be very busy while clearly seeing my register lady struggling. I asked to have same item but not damaged shipped to me instead of refund. Well after wasting my time commuting to this nasty mall and store and spending huge chunk of time observing an untrained clerk try to process this transaction, 1 week later exactly my damaged item arrived to my house. And then they complain that these department stores are going out of business.... Won't spend another dime in this store.
