The worst experience dealing with the employees at this location. They are very rude and disrespectful with customers. They not even say hello or welcome you, they act if you are going to ask for free food to them. I had that feeling since the very first time but I didn't give it importance, since I just want to eat in my break from work and I didn't have time to argue with them, but today they really went too far with their attitude. I will get in contact with the Company and put a complaint. They can not have those individuals taking care of that business.

This spot should be shut entirely down at the Garden State Plaza mall. I found brown particles in 2 of my sodas and didn’t even receive an apology. They didn’t seem to care at all. The workers there are rude as usual and had an attitude while giving me my refund. The food looked very dry and was luke warm. I will not spend a penny there EVER again. Even if I am starving. Horrible customer service, not sanitary enough and food needs some serious improvement. I’m sure GSP can find a better replacement.

the food is great but the lady who always takes my order isnt doing her customer service right today she didnt even give me my pizza warm is was cold she also just leaves my order on the counter and just gives me a bag so i do it myself i dont mind it but i thought it’s something a worker should do common sense. customer service here isnt that good but the food is great !!

Everytime we go shopping at Bergen town center me and my daughter always come here to eat!!! We love everything! The pizza, chicken wings, salad, garlic knots, pasta omg everything's so good lol. We usually get the tray and pick the sides and protein and salad you can't go wrong with that. If we're really hungry we'll order a extra slice of pizza :)
The pizza is good.... Not much a must but it doesn't disappoint. The majority style is pan but I did see some plain thin slices. My slice's crust was heated to a crispy bottom but for some reason the cheese wasn't oozing like they normally should.... kinda reminded me of my school pizza back in the day. There is many other things on the menu. Plenty of seating . Staff is friendly.

Went to the mall and was dying for a slice of "plain pizza". At the counter was told there would be a 10 minute wait. They had 7 or 8 pies on display but NO PLAIN PIZZA PIES, some with up to 6 toppings. I get that they want to make money and each topping adds more but it's not what I want I just want a plain slice and if all they have are partially dried up stacked pizzas just sitting there i'm walking away, cant wait 10 minutes for a slice of plain pizza at a pizza shop.
