I’m so disappointed with this restaurant I don’t I understand I arrived at 9:05 pm after calling to find out there’s no wait I walk in greeting me are two kind people then we are seated to wait almost 20 minutes as staff walk back and forth never order a meal or drink I go find a manager and as I speak to her staff are still passing my family she said let me get someone we sit my children keep asking why we waiting so we then leave unhappy experience yes as we leave they say just wait it will be on me BUT how long should I wait terrible service they deserve zero stars

This is definitely my go to spot with the boys food is top tier and drinks is where the party is at play some good music the staff there are the best always know the regulars that come in (The boys and I) 1000 percent recommend this place for a good time to watch a game and have fun rock on bubbas ?

Went to bubbas for lunch, this is the perfect place for a sports bar experience with very good food. The salmon was cooked nicely with a light sauce and a decent portion. Burger was a very good burger like you would expect. The menu has other options like pizza and some pasta dishes, along with steaks as well. The loaded tots could’ve had a few more tots in there, but with the cheese and bacon, it was a perfect mix. I believe the manager greeted us and asked if everything was good which I do appreciate. Will definitely be back again!

I’m a local Uber Driver that decided to stop in and have dinner. I ordered a Classic Cheeseburger with the lettuce, tomato, and onions. Wow…. The best Cheeseburger I’ve eaten in years. Great service by Bri the bar maid, and the Manager Mathew who ask me if everything was good. Great hospitality, food, and service.Parking: Free Parking all around the restaurant.

So I had a gift card for Texas Roadhouse and took my wife to lunch today only to find out they didn't open til 4 pm. She asked if I wanted to try Bubbas since we were there and I agreed. Glad we did. Great food and service. We have a new favorite place. Thanks folks.

Our server, Tristian, went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect, and his manager was equally attentive and accommodating.The food at Bubba’s 33 was absolutely delicious—every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The ambiance was inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home.However, I couldn't help but notice a table nearby on 1/27/24 where a group of darker-skinned individuals were dining. It struck me as odd that they didn't utter a single word throughout their meal. As someone who is half African American and half Puerto Rican, I couldn't help but notice this unusual behavior.Despite that, my experience at Bubba’s 33 was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding service, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere. Despite taking our drink orders and appetizer selections, Tristan failed to return to our table for over an hour and a half. Throughout this time, despite our efforts to catch his attention, he repeatedly ignored us, leaving us without refills or the appetizers we had ordered.As the situation deteriorated, I attempted to address our concerns with the acting manager, Stephanie, on three separate occasions. However, each time I requested to speak with her, my inquiries were dismissed, and my concerns were disregarded. It became increasingly evident that both Tristan and Stephanie were treating my family and me with disrespect and disregard, as if our presence and needs were inconsequential.What transpired next only exacerbated our distress. Instead of acknowledging and rectifying the poor service we had experienced, Stephanie chose to send over another waiter, Darnell, as if his race could somehow mitigate the gravity of the situation.
