We ordered total five vege subs. Surpriseingly we found three of them non veg items included in it and we shown them personally and the manager doesn't want to accept that the stuff is not veg. Instead the manager excused it's burnt cheese. The manager was very rude and denied refund for the sub. We garage all subs in front of the all the staff.REQUEST TO ALL VEGAN ANS VEGETARIAN DO AVOID ORDERING FROM JERSEY MIKE STORE.

So I got off of work super hungry and went to Jersey Mikes to get something to eat. It was 8:40 at the time and i was aware they closed at 9:00. I raced over there and made it there at 8:49. I walk in and there is a tall teen with poofy curly hair, kinda weird looking, just looking at me like i have four eyes, looking completely distraught that i was coming in 10 minutes before closing. I go “Are you guys still open?” and he says “Nah man we’re closed.” As i see 3 more employees coming out from the back putting their jackets on. Completely embarassing, I won’t be coming to this location again, It’s unfortunate how the employees are selfish enough to close early and not help a customer who comes here after work often. I’m sorry my 1 sandwhich was such an inconvenience to make, ruined my dad I was looking forward to this.

Says closes at 9:00 pm on Thursday. I was there at 8:45 and it was pitch black closed.
Got my order wrong on Uber eats. Came in to swap the sandwich out because phone on google didn’t work and offered nothing like a discount next time for the hassle.

Tasty sandwiches, fresh ingredients, generous portions but poor food handling by part of the crew. The person that cut my roast beef and cheese did not change his gloves in the middle of sweeping. Used same gloves he was holding a broom and grabbed ingredients off the fridge. Unacceptable food handling.

Do you have celiac’s disease? Are you tired of eating the same old, cardboard, fruits, and vegetables. Miss today’s pizza and good old fashion subs. Will look no further.My daughter and I recently moved and decided to go in to Jersey Mike’s almost guaranting ourselves that they would not have a gluten-free sub since know that most sub places don’t cater to celiac people.Boy, were we surprised! Not only do they have special, gluten free bread, wrapped, so it can’t be cross contaminated, but they have actually been trained by the company that when you tell them, you have a gluten allergy they go into overdrive.They change their gloves, they wash down all of the counters, they wash the utensils, put down fresh wrap things, so that nothing touches anything that has gluten on it.My daughter and I have been eating the subs for the last month since we found Jersey Mike’s and we eat them every weekend. We haven’t had one cross-contamination episode and they actually taste like regular, normal, the type of subs I remember as a kid.I would like to thank two gentlemen at Jersey Mike’s one I do not know his name, but he’s always there when we show up and Chris who made our sandwiches today and I had them delivered for the first time because that’s how confident I am with this company.If anyone in the corporate office reads this review, I hope they realize how valued they are employees are, and how willing they are to please, each and everyone of us. Every time we walk in, we feel special and feel like we are the only ones that they were taking care of. Kudos to management for hiring such kind and caring employees.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetarian options, such as cheese, your typical lettuce, tomato, pickles, everything you would put on the sub except for me and fish. And we get it all.Dietary restrictions: Like I said, in my review, if you have celiac disease, this is one place you cannot drive by and not stop and pick up the giant bread sub. You’ll never eaten as a sub anywhere else.Parking: Honestly, haven’t noticed the parking except where I park. It’s a small parking lot that has plenty of parking for Jersey Mike’s. I do believe that they do have handicap parking.

Kelly is the only one working .... all others kept looking at me while talking with others about what was on the tv.I ask if i was in the right place to order and thenhe said yes and left. Horrible!Kelly saved the day .Next time ( if ever) they do that.... im all out on those punk kids (verbally).Lucky i was with my kidGood luck next time.Thank you Kelly so much for being so professional and competent .Rt9 location Horrible
