I recently visited Parlin Bagel and grill and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite placing my order over the phone, I was completely ignored upon arrival. I sat at the front of the register, unnoticed, while two other customers were served before me. The lack of attention and poor service I received was unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and find a deli that values their customers.

They try to sneak a non cash adjustment of 5.5%. The max that is allowed is 4%. They also do not post any signs stating that they will charge a non cash adjustment which is a requirement when doing so. They are just trying to add extra charges in to make money off of you.

This place isn't the best bagel shop in town but it was the closest to me so i gave them another shot. I got a bagel and a coffee and they didn't have sleeves for the coffee cups, so I used two cups so I wouldn't burn my hand and they charges me for the 2nd cup. Cheap and ghetto you're better off driving alittle farther to a better bagel shop.

Everything bagel looked good but, they put way way too much salt on it. Their recipe guy has to understand that salt has outpowering taste unlike other ingredients. You cannot put same amount of salt like other ingredients of everything topping. Had to go back to Dunkin to get eatable bagel.
