Service is terrible. The women behind the counter act like you’re bothering them if you place an order. One guy was running around putting together an order and the other guy looked like he was going to fall asleep. The bagel was not great for the price.

I tried them once back in October. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and when I got home and unwrapped it the bagel was burnt. I went back today and tried a plain bagel with cream cheese and the bagel wasn’t fresh. That’s it for me!! Will not return.

The worst experience at a bagel shop!! We ordered and came back to the hotel and the first bite I take I had to spit it out right away it tasted rotten. Had my husband try it and same reaction and when we opened the mini bagels we asked for lightly toasted but they had burned them. He called to tell them and the lady kept saying I’m to busy and would hang up so he kept calling back and she kept saying I have your number I’m calling the cops then would hang up. She never got back to us and we ended up wasting all that food. Nasty people nasty food don’t ever go !

Not too happy! My Bacon was burnt black. My Avacodo was past due and they forgot to put cheese on the sandwich :( If you want the best breakfast sandwiches you are better off going to Hot Bagels in Lincoln Park or Bloomingdale.

Love this deli. Fresh bagels and a wide selection and variety of foods. I get breakfast from here once or twice a week and it's always good. If your in Parsippany nj looking for a good bite for breakfast stop in here. Also their Tres Leche cake is amazing.

My cinnamon raisin bagel was toasted and it was burnt to the crisp and I suggest never coming here. If you have a picky eater like me, don't come due to the fact that it's all black and I refuse to eat it. I'm very very disappointed.

The bagel I got was decent, but the butter on it was awful. It was so artificial tasting and my mouth felt coated with wax after eating it. It was definitely disappointing.The only upside is the butter coated my lips like free chapstick. Lol.
