If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered the steak bowl from here and was severely disappointed. The steak was flavorless. The sauces were completely watered down and disgusting. I couldn't finish my bowl, my appetite was destroyed. I ended up leaving and having to order food elsewhere, also known as, Chipotle to get quality and delicious food. Don't waste your time or money.

The food was excellent. When I was in there, the staff was too busy screwing around and was not paying attention to what they were doing. I he asked me multiple times to make sure he was making my order correctly but that was mostly because he kept getting distracted with his screwing

HARD PASS! Nothing authentic about this Mexican "inspired" restaurant. I ordered the beef tacos, nope! Zero flavor with chopped tomatoes and green peppers in an oversized store bought flour tortilla. My husband had the Nashville burrito, again, zero flavor. The staff was nice but the food could use some authentic flavor.

Have never been here before and it was above expectations. I lived in California for a few years and have a bit of a high bar for taco joints so this was not that, but it beats the pants off of the other chains offering Tex-Mex style of foods. The restaurant was very clean, the TVs were not too loud and were playing cool sports videos. The nice people smiled and offered helpful suggestions as I had never been there before. The steak burrito bowl I ordered had the meat placed in the hot griddle right as I ordered it! The sauce was delicious and had tons of flavor. The burrito I got for my kid split was massive and tightly rolled. This is usually my complaint at other chain restaurants in this flavor profile, a loose burrito is a sad burrito.My only bummer was the app was super difficult to register and use so I didn’t get the free chips n cheese dip. Maybe next time.

Mariam was absolutely amazing! The service that she gave us was incredible. She was extremely considerate when it came to certain food parameters and went out of her way to accommodate us! This woman deserves a raise by all means because of how amazing she was. I’ll forever be a customer thanks to Mariam!

I really like Bubakoos! I have known Bubakoos for about 15 years now. Whenever I see one (they are franchises) I make it a point to get in there and atleast get myself a chihuahua. Rice Ball smashed with all kinds of toppings of your choice. I also had a quesadea. A little spicy but not too hot but just enough to make your nose run. Also tried the spicy cauliflower. My lady had a burrito bowl. Served with Unlimited fountain soda drinks. I have never seen a Bubakoos dirty when I sit down. Bubakoos beats Chipotle hands down and this particular one is no different! Thanks for a great meal!Vegetarian options: Try the cauliflower appetizer!
Two ounces of meat per entree, tops. I understand there’s an extra meat option but this seemed like I ordered vegetarian dishes and some meat just happened to fall into my burritos by accident. Not coming back to this location.

When you don't get rice or beans and just want more veggies, why does the server automatically say "that's going to be extra". I didn't get the rice and beans and instead want more veggies. I've had this experience multiple times at the Parsippany location. The lady behind the counter is very customer unfriendly....why work there and ruin our experience if you don't want to work there?Owner....please address as I like the food but would love a better experience!

Tasty and fresh. Need to fix the white rice. The consistency was soggy and unappetizing. I went 3 times in and 2 of 3, white rice did not meet expectations. Please improve!
