This inconspicuous little restaurant is by far one of the best spots to eat in Parsippany. Don't let the outside fool you, visit El Rincon and give these friendly people your money, the food is just that good!

The portions and quality of the food has gone downhill over the years and yet they charge way more than they did before. It's a no for me!

It's always clean and orderly, the atmosphere is pleasant and the food is delicious.

Ordered: Bandeja Combinada (Combination Platter) (~$14): grilled chicken and grilled steak with rice, beans, sweet plantains, and salad Aya's take: I mean wow, all this food for $14 is a great price and it lasted me 2 meals! The grilled steak was a bit on the dry side but the grilled chicken was cooked well. Both could have used a bit more seasoning and I would've preferred if they were cut into slices instead. The sauce it came with was delicious to either dip the meats into or pour on top of the rice. The plantains are always a favorite. Pretty decent if you're looking for a quick Latin meal!

Seafood soup was great but not sure worth the $20 price. Garlic chicken was delicious. My son liked his burrito. Will be back to try some of the Columbian food.

WOW! Amazing. I was having such a crap day and the food from this place really cheered me up. I ordered arroz con pollo and it was absolutely the best ever. I want to try the entire menu! I really appreciate the staff accommodating my food allergies as well. :)

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and the food/service has always been 10/10! I've tried just about everything on their menu, even as menu items have come and gone, and I'd over each and every dish over and over again. Now, this is not some Americanized Tex-Mex Qdoba style food...this is AUTHENTIC Colombian/Mexican food with influences from its South American neighbors here and there. The staff is primarily Spanish-speaking but the menus are English-friendly. This latest visit, we kicked it off with my favorites from this location - five Colombian-style chicken Empanadas. We ordered the chicken Quesadilla, a Bandeja Paisa (rice, chicharron, beans, pan-fried egg, pan-fried sweet plantain, chorizo, steak and an arepa) and a plate of chicken Chilaquiles (plate of crispy tortilla strips, with fried eggs, chicken breast, cheese on a bed of salsa verde). Finally, we topped it off with some batidas (or smoothies) of Maracuya/Chinola (or passion fruit) and Mora (blackberry) en leche (made with milk, rather than being water-based). All of it was delicious!!!! I look forward to coming back to town to pay this restaurant a visit each time and I'm already looking forward to the next!

I've only ever ordered the chicken and rice because I love it. Glad there's a Columbian place I can trust thats close by. The next closest with quality food is in Morristown
