I have been trying to find a place not in or near Philadelphia that can make a satisfying Philly cheese steak unfortunately the search continues. I read the reviews for this item about Jersey Mike's and said this must be the real thing. I was sadly disappointed again. The sandwich was ready in less than 5 minutes which I guess means it could have been a leftover from the previous day(I arrived around 10:30 am) the meat was disappointing more like steakum from the super market) and very stingy in quantity.The cheese was really dripping and goowy minimal onion and peppers extremely greasy and the bread was one step above a giant hot dog bun. Really disappointed.

The guys who work here are the best of the best. Friendly staff, great service and should an order ever get messed up....they always make good on it. Jersey Mike's is undoubtedly one of the best and most consistent sandwich places in existence, and this store is definitely the best one I've been to. Keep up the great work gang!

Every time I place a mobile order my sandwich always ends up having different condiments or something missing. I have given this place so many chances. I recently ordered a chipotle turkey sub and they didn’t put the chipotle mayo and added oil and vinegar when I specifically unchecked those ingredients. This is the 5th time iv ordered here because I needed a quick and easy meal.

I don't know what the problem is here... but what a long drawn out process it was to get a couple of sandwiches. My order was taken. Then he went to the back. Asked me 4 more times what I wanted. Cut some stuff then went in the back again. Asked me again... ugh!!! This was ridiculous

While the subs are excellent they don’t always label them. This caused me a lot of stress today trying to figure out which one was on a gluten free bun. I ordered two very similar subs. One on regular bread and one on gluten free. When on a long drive this is can be a little a scary as I get a bad reaction when I eat wheat. Luckily my wife was able to examine both to figure out which was which.

I ordered something from this store twice and both times got very sick. Also I ordered online and they said they didn’t see my order and that was fine cus they made it but when I handed over my phone the guy did not take off his glove and did not change it.
