I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT 100%."My experience was exceptional from the moment I walked through the door. The cozy atmosphere and typical Peruvian decor immediately transported me to the streets of Lima. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who were happy to recommend dishes. Paco was very attentive and kind to us and gave the best service. The food was truly delicious and authentic, I highly recommend trying the leche de tigre mr. Yellow pepper that was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. This restaurant is the end.

What a gem in the middle of Parsippany! We enjoyed our evening here. It was a perfect end to the week.Restaurant - is in a safe strip mall. Plenty of parking. Decor is colorful, with a big bar area stage, dance floor and party area.Plenty of comfortable seating.Service- was very friendly, attentive, as quick as could be as they had a big party. We felt welcomed and it was like being entertained in a home. We appreciated the waiter give is suggestions and telling us how things were made.Food and Drink- outstanding flavors, fresh ceviches, nothing that i could recreate at home being a good cook which is what i love about going out to eat. The proteins were fresh, the plating beautiful , sauces unforgettable and portions good. The complimentary bread was warm and soft yet crusty , yum! We enjoyed a purple corn drink chica Morada, which was interesting to the palate. The yellow pepper sauce is very very tasty. We had the octopus appetizer and the Octopus cooked to buttery perfection seasoned well which is hard to accomplish. Alcoholic drinks were big, strong and tasty but a little pricey for the location. Lesser pricing may have encouraged us to order more drinks. Most unforgettable dish- for me was the calamari appetizer that came with a yellow ceviche type sauce - Leche Tigre Mr yellow pepper - which was sublime in taste. If i could have licked the dish i would have! There was live music on Saturday which added to the fun. Will definitely be coming back. Prices are fair for the quality food and produce. Drinks pricey.

What a peculiar experience I had there. I arrived at 6 PM so I could partake in the Happy Hour. The parking lot was empty and the building looked dark. We went in anyways. There was only one person visible and she sat us and then disappeared for 10 minutes. Eventually she reappeared and we realized she was not just the hostess, she was our waitress.Unfortunately we had some difficulties communicating as it was clear English was not a language she was very familiar with. We perused the menu and saw no reference to happy hour so I asked her about it. I finally brought it up on my phone and asked if that was the correct menu. She then went on to tell me 4 of the 5 half priced appetizers weren't available. This confused me since one of the appetizers was ceviche yet she said it was available on the main menu.At this point we were feeling extremely uncomfortable considering we couldn't communicate well with the waitress, we were the only ones there and the happy hour menu was essentially non-existent, so we told the waitress we were leaving.

I went here last night for my birthday dinner with my family.. we drove 40 mins to try this for the first time. & let me tell you guys.... everything was worth it. We loved our experience. The waitress was lovely! Accommodated for us & helped us feel very welcomed. The food was 10/10. Came out in 10/15 mins. Fresh, delicious & the meats were sooooo tender. Definitely will be going back.

I wish I had a better review to write but for these 3 dishes I ended up paying $80 with 3 sodas for take out! The chaufa de mariscos mixto came with 90 percent calamari, 2 clams, and one shrimp which is disappointing for the price. The chaufa de camarones came with maybe 7-8 shrimp with the rice tasing very bland. Pollo saltado was also disappointing with the very little amount of chicken. I will say the ceviche de pescados was very good and flavorful but unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of that one.

To start off, the food was excellent, the blending of all the flavors and ingredients put to together was fantastic. Presentation was over the top. It has a very lavish look to it. Cooked to perfection and perfectly flavored.Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the service. Having the party of 20, there was lacking of waiters. Even though the orders were taken, multiple orders were missing and also arriving at very random times. We unfortunately had to mention to the waiters about missing orders. Especially there was also missing numerous drinks which was disappointing to say the least. To end it in a good note, the atmosphere was awesome. The background music was very fitting with the setting of being a Peruvian restaurant. Lighting was very well put together making it feel quite luxurious. The restaurant also had an ample amount of room for many seating around to hold more customers.Overall, this restaurant is a solid 8/10. Even though, the party was 20 people, waiters were not taking orders properly and easily forgetting. I would definitely have to recommend the restaurant despite the service, the food is definitely worth coming for.
