Waiting for 30 mins no food. They obviously missed our order and when we got angry they were like “ oh sorry there are two large orders before you.” Will never go back

LOVE! My husband and I always come to this location now. They have a few restaurants within same ownership but this is the best one. Cannot beat it anywhere else. Imagine Com Suong Bi Cha with a side of pho broth.. literally made me feel right at home. 100% the only Vietnamese restaurant I am over the top satisfied with. Thank you for amazing food, service, and satisfaction.

Food is delicious and I make a point to bring people here when they come visit. Great spot to go for people who are not used to vietnamese or Pho, haven't had a bad item off the menu.Like everywhere prices have increased over the years but so far it has been worth the price.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pho and other dishes available. Items are listed properly on menu and can request no meat on certain dishesDietary restrictions: Have many different offerings and can remove/modify within reason or offer alternative dishes to ensure dietary restrictions are metParking: Attached to a strip mall with plenty of parking

They just got bought out by another person or such, so the ambiance of the restaurant is off now before the buy out... the place is lacking heat so you may need a jacket or a hoodie on... they no longer play soft music in the background.... the morale of the staff seems to be really down, too. It just seems so different and eerie nowadays following the recent buy out... however, the service is all right... they manage.. the busing of the dirty dishes is a little delayed, though. I think, to be frank and honest, the morale seemed to have dropped overall in the staff or the crew. I have been going as a regular to this restaurant for the last 15 years, and they know me by my first name just by glancing at me (at least, the current and remaining staff) ... price wise, the restaurant is affordable yet creeping up in overall price per dish. thankfully, the food quality and taste is still quite tasty. But, times seem to be changing .....

The food is very good. The service is very slow. Just wanna to grab a quick lunch, nobody takes order after 15 mins. My coffee came after my appetizer, had to drink after my meal. There were only two servers for the full house. Unacceptable,

Came here because our normal go to Vietnamese restaurant was closed. It was good they had signs up warning you that they're short staffed and so the service would be slow. We knew what we were getting into. Despite that, we did have to wait a bit for the food and service, but our portions were great and the food was good. I'd go back again if we're in the area. Hope they can find more staff soon because it's a good place.

They used to be my go to for Pho but service took 30 minutes just to order, appetizer came out after the Pho, and broth just taste like onions now. Sad to see what used to be a great restaurant turn so

It was dreary day and pho would be a perfect lunch to have while visiting New jerseyDid a quick search and found Pho Binh DuongAlthough my map gave me a wrong direction, I was able to find it with no problemIt was tucked in in the most obscure plaza, it has a lot of parking space. So parking wasn’t a problemI was just there to order and pick the food for to go so I didn’t stay to eat my foodOrdered my usual, fried and fresh rollsPho Dac Biet (large)And their lemon grass beef with vermicelliI only took a picture of the inside restaurant and didn’t get a chance to eat fresh the food until I got home. The inside is very clean, well decorated.I would come back here again

My wife and I have been going to this restaurant and formerly its sister restaurant in Bloomfield for years. The food is amazing, plain and simple. We have never had a bad experience there ever. We are plant based, and they accommodate our eating style every time. We enjoy the veggie Pho with tofu and veggies, along with the tofu summer rolls, and the pan fried noodles with veggies. The owner is always there and usually comes out to check on you and your meal. The service is always top notch as well. Make sure you try one of the desserts, if you have room left.
