The best pho in the northern nj area. After moving out of a big city it was hard to find good pho again, finally found it!

The best pho I've had.I had the oxtail pho and a banh mi.The broth is absolutely superb, with a clear but full flavor. The banh mi was delightful with fantastic contrasts.

First time at this place and I must say it dint disappoint me. Ambiance is good . It is situated right at the heart of parsippany route 46. We had pho, summer rolls , the shrimp combo with rice noodles, avocado tea with boba, buns, fried dumplings . Food is here. We were greeted and served well. I wud go back again.

It is far from fantastic or instagram-able, but true to basics and pretty solid. There was nothing I could complain about. Food (basic pho and summer roll) was very satisfactory, and service was prompt and attending. If I lived nearby, I'd become a regular. The only thing I found it a bit odd was that the restaurant sign in the front side facade was not lit in the evening, so it was a bit hard to find the store from the main road.

Found this little gem on my way to JFK. The bun Bo hue here was wonderfully fragrant with just the right amount of lemongrass. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the broth full of flavor. I got the chance to talk to the Vietnamese chef who said she doesn't take any shortcuts when cooking this dish, lots of time and attention went into it. Def try it out if you're in town!

Excellent authentic Vietnamese cuisine! Highly recommend Pho#1 for a nice hot tasty bowl of their beef broth with meat and noodles. Soup has very good flavor - not overly salty or oily. Owner said soup is made from scratch without any additives. Found the place very clean with nice decor - modern with traditional spin. Wait staff is friendly and knows menu. Prices on point and portions are good. Will definitely return.
