This is a very nice place to get good quality Kebabs. The food is always tasty and their service is prompt. It will be less crowded over the weekdays, so one can enjoy the ambience.

If you're in need of a Persian food fix, Rayhoon will do.The soup (Ash Rheshte), while tasty, was served warm with some not-so-warm parts, too.The Ghormeh Sabzi was delicious, but also not quite hot.The polo (rice) that came with the Ghormeh Sabzi was cooked perfectly for my liking. The dough (dūgh, yogurt drink) came in a bottle, rather than being made fresh at the restaurant. Not a big deal, but not great, with it having a bunch of additives that homemade yogurt doesn't.The restaurant was clean, the decor odd, the dinnerware is attractive, if, unfortunately, nails-on-a-chalkboard noisy. The service was odd and infrequent.Rayhoon will do in a pinch.

Last week, together with my family and some family friends, we went to Reyhan restaurant for the umpteenth time in a row to eat delicious Iranian food. I can boldly say that you can eat the best Iranian food and the most delicious kebabs in this restaurant. In my opinion, compared to other Iranian restaurants in New Jersey, Reyhan Restaurant ranks higher in terms of food quality, meat quality, cleanliness, friendly and intimate environment, and management.

We ordered Kobideh Kabab, Soltani, Tahdig and Chelo Garden. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The menu has a variety of different Persian cuisines and prices was reasonable.

Please be aware that this restaurant imposes an 18% charge for parties that include one adult and two children. My personal experience yesterday, accompanied by two kids, left much to be desired. We ordered the Reyhoon combo, which consisted of Kobideh Kabab and Jojeh Kabab—both were mediocre, and the Barg was undercooked. Additionally, the Kashk Bademjoon lacked flavor, while the Mustmosir was okay. Despite having frequented many Persian restaurants in New Jersey, I opted to try this restaurant based on a review. However, upon arrival, I found the server seated, necessitating that I retrieve the menu myself. We were neither approached for drink orders nor offered menus, contributing to a less-than-welcoming atmosphere. At the end of our meal, an 18% charge was added to our bill. Upon inquiry, the server's justification was inconsistent, stating it was a discretionary practice depending on the day, which was unsatisfactory (her exact wording was, 'Some days I do charge, some days I don't, but today I charged everyone'). I will not return to this restaurant and cannot recommend it, especially when there are Persian dining options in New Jersey offering superior food quality without imposing additional charges. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this time I felt compelled to do so.

This is my favourite Persian restaurant in the area, the menu is authentic and the staff very kind and helpful. I came here a couple of times and I came out always happy. I really liked the kebabs, the stews and of course desserts and tea . The atmosphere is also traditional but very clean. Overall very professional service.

Found it! This was by far the best meal I had while in the Whippany/Parsippany area on this business trip. Don't over think it, it's worth the drive. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, attentive and open to talk and provide great advice on the varied menu. Will be back when I'm back in town. Two ???? up! Yummy!
