Hidden in plain sight. There's no way you'd think a random small deli in a strip mall would make sandwiches this good. You'd be thinking wrong. The epic sandwich board has a ton of options, each one sounds better than the next. The Turkey BLT and Cranberry Walnut chicken sandwiches were both great. It's not what I would call a romantic cozy spot, but that's not what I'm looking for in a sandwich deli. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more. I can only imagine how popular they could be in a more prominent location.

This is the best Deli in Parsippany. Everything they make is fresh and delicious. They have really good bread, great options meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. Their catering is always done on time and includes great platter options and the potato salad and chocolate chip cookies are a huge hit. If you go in to order a sandwich for lunch, the team is super helpful and friendly. Next time you are in the area, stop by and enjoy.

This amazing family own and operated sandwich shop, is it true staple to the town of Parsippany. It’s true what they say or at least I’m starting to believe, that some of the best restaurants I’ve discovered in New Jersey, are located inside of strip malls! This place is no exception. My favorite sandwhich there has quickly become Chicken Italiano!Grilled chicken breast, fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers served on toasted eight grain bread with salt, pepper, leafy lettuce and your choice either balsamic vinaigrette or fresh basil mayo, But you know your girl had to get extra mayo! This place is incredible. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

The Great Wazu is one of those staple sandwich shops that is always consistent and has the nicest workers. My sister and I went after a long day of shopping (it’s conveniently located in a shopping center with a Homegoods) and our sandwich was delicious. We ordered a large tuna with lettuce and tomato and split it between us both and it was plenty big and packed with tuna. The sandwich was about ~$30 if my memory serves me correctly but came with a heaping pile of pickles too! We also got 2 fountain sodas (with free refills) and a bag of chips. The price seemed steep but again we were splitting it so it’s comparable to other sandwich shops in the area. The gentleman who took our order was super nice and friendly (and patient), and the guy who rang us up had a quick friendly conversation as well.We ate inside and it’s a time capsule of an old sandwich shop. It’s lined with booths on both sides and plenty of seating. The decor could be updated a bit (the pictures on the wall were small art pieces), but again, we weren’t there for the decor. All in all, highly recommend the Great Wazu for your lunch sandwich order!Parking: Plenty of parking out front.
