The food, service and atmosphere are great. I go for lunch here several times per year when visiting family, and the experience is consistently great. Prices are reasonable, and the menu is limited but with good options for the family.

I’m honestly so disappointed. I went to Applebees with one of my friends and am always there but tonight was very different. I had a new staff member that I have never seen before ask for my ID (understandable, I work in the restaurant industry) and said okay I have a picture on my phone (one of my friends drove) showed the picture and said she couldn’t take that. I’ve been to this Applebees an ample amount of times and have showed them a picture of my ID on my phone almost every time I have been there. Half of the times I usually don’t even get carded.. They have to definitely share with the other coworkers the right way to ID people because half of the time I show it on my phone and half of the time they don’t even ask me. Kayla also gave me the worst attitude ever and as a server you should know the customer is always right. Applebees you were a 5… now with your service you are a 0.

Absolutely impeccable job here at Parsippany Applebee's. We had our server as Jennifer on the evening shift, and she amazingly responsive and prompt. She was all about being attentive. Service overall was prompt and appropriate. Food was cooked well and as ordered. No complaints. Ample parking.

After a long hospital shift my husband takes me to this restaurant for a quick bite! Little did we know the friendly staff would win us over and that quick bite would lead to lots of laughs and great drinks to go with our delish food! Shamaya is friendly, informative and as busy as the place was, she never made us feel rushed!!! We had Yasek on our next visit and he made us feel like we were old friends eating at our dining room table! Everyone has a smile and is so helpful! We will def come back because of Shamaya and Yasek ! They made two old empty nesters feel young and seen!

Went there the other night to get a burger after work. I was hungry. Not the biggest burger but wasn't bad. Hardest working barmaid I've seen in a long time. Service was good.
