Walked in and ordered. I didn’t leave the location until after they closed because it took that long to get my food. It took over a half hour for my order to be completed. For a chain I’m appalled that this is the type of operation here. I’d rather drive an hour to fort Lee and get Korean fried chicken than to visit this location 15 minutes from me. Food wasn’t even hot when I got it. Extremely disappointed.

We visited this restaurant primarily for their renowned crispy chicken wings, which we love. However, our overall experience was disappointing. Despite spending nearly $50 for a family of three, we encountered several issues. The food took over 35 minutes to arrive, by which time the French fries were cold and the coleslaw tasted stale. Additionally, the restaurant's bathrooms were unclean. Unfortunately, these factors detracted significantly from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.

Came here during the busy lunch hour. Helpful and friendly cashier who helped me decide what to order. (It was my first time here). Very Delicious and flavorful crispy boneless chicken with white rice, loved my meal, will come back for sure!
I don't know what all these bad reviews are for, I have ordered several times from this place with zero problems. All the other fried chicken places in this area are trash but definitely check this place out. Their chicken is really good.

Have been ordering from here for a couple of years. The food is generally consistent. Although this last time I ordered I found a large screw in one of my coleslaws. I do not take pleasure doing this but it must be brought to the attention of management. Just imagine if someone bit on this or swallowed this.

Really the worse BonChon I ever came ordered from. We ordered here 4 times. The chicken is so dry and small in comparison to some of the experiences I had in the city, Fort Lee or elsewhere. It's so bad I wonder if they aren't really a franchise but just slap on the name themselves.

Ordered twice from here. Once in store to go and once delivered. Both were great orders and consistent each time. The deliver actually ended up coming 30 minutes faster than I expected which is always a bonus and it was 6pm on a Sunday.I prefer the mix of drumsticks and wings. I found the special sauce to be a little too spicy for me after a couple wings so I prefer just the garlic soy sauce. The fries were only okay, they do better reheated. Surprisingly the onion rings were really good and I would get those again.
Food was spectacular but customer service was bad I asked for forks and napkins in my pickup order, didn’t receive any, went back to ask for some and the kid looked at me like I was stupid

Every thing is so good! Even though the average time is 15 minutes, but the food is so fresh so I don’t mind waiting for the food!
We stopped here on a Sunday to grab wings before a football game. The crunchiest, sauciest wings ever! Very fast service & they threw in an extra sauce for us without a charge!
