I experienced poor service. I called numerous times on this date to check on the status of my order which they said it will take 1hr. Well needless to say over an hr. later I decided to call since the tracker said 5 min away. Upon arrival 30 min later, it resulted with poor food quality. I will never order again or recommend this establishment.

Tried placing order online but website wasn't working properly and kept givjng me error messages so had to call store for order. Long story short, they wouldn't do car side delivery and wouldn't accept a domino's gift card as payment. Bad enough that domino's is already kind of a joke pizza place, but this just shows just how lousy they really are... how do you not accept a domino's gift card??? Especially when you sell them in the store??? What a joke... idk how you guys are still in business ???

Worst service ever! It took them 2.5 hours to cook and deliver a pizza. I tried calling them after waiting 90 minutes to cancel but they apparently don't answer phones. When it finally arrived super late I asked for a refund - they kept the pizza AND my money.

Ordered two pizzas online, selected to pay and pick up in-person. Only reason why I ordered was because I had a Domino's gift card. I get there, they say only one of their card swipers is working. It doesn't take the gift card. Manager comes up and says they don't accept gift cards and never have. Mind you, not only did it not say that when I ordered online but THEY ARE SELLING GIFT CARDS AT THE REGISTER. I pointed that out, and the manager and employees just kept repeating that they don't accept gift cards over and over again. I walked out without my pizzas, didn't pay. Completely incompetent, hypocritical, downright terrible business. (Additionally, the only other time I bought pizza here, I again had a Domino's gift card and ordered online, showed up 30 minutes later and they claimed they never got the order. Had to wait 20 minutes in the store for them to make the order. Absolute garbage excuse of a restaurant.)

There were 4 member of staff which there were fight over the pizza which they made extra and they were arguing in front of the customer who would be paying money for the extra pizza which was already made . They didn’t stop fight for almost 25 minutes and it was so embarrassing. I am from UK ?? and I have never seen such a bad customer service in my entire life . They were not willing to work at all also there were no manager present at that time and when asked where is the manager they wouldn’t even know if they have manager .

Absolutely worst Dominos store I have visited.. had the most horrible experience today will karrar khan at 10:50pm .. I had redeemed my points for a free coke drink on mobile app, I also received an email and it reflects in my account .. karrar khan refused to honour my point’s redeemed for the drink and argued over it.. horrible customer service .. REQUESTING THE OWNER OR INCHARGE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME TO DISCUSS FURTHER
